“Very easy service. Just drive up, park, leave your keys & enjoy your holiday. Car was waiting outside terminal entrance on return. Will use again.”

“Was fine. Easy entrance....Easy exit with number plate registration.... (Only problem was I lost my key when leaving the car somehow somewhere in Luton before boarding. No keys handed in I suppose ?”

“Long stay: On the way out I waited at a stop, only to see the bus leave with out picking me up. Further investigation showed me i was at a request only stop for disabled people. Why!? Very annoying to have to wait for the next bus. On my return tothe UK I had to wait in the freezing cold for 25 mins before a bus turned up. So both directions were disappointing. Not a good service.”

“The number plate recognition cameras NEVER read my number plate correctly if at all. Not a problem arriving but does delay my departure slightly as I have to call for support to get back out when I have prepaid for my parking. Otherwise, Luton Short Stay parking is great. Just a few minutes walk to the terminal building.”

“Had pre-booked and paid for parking, but still needed to request assistance when leaving as the ticket was not excepted. Calling for assistance is not nice, as it took some time, they were very difficult to understand, and in the mean time an exit gate is blocked. Not my best experiance.”

“Easy to book, Clearly signposted on arrival, Reliable shuttle bus service, No issues on departure - the ticket worked as it is supposed to. Highly recommended.”

“Very close to airport, so very quick transfer. Easy to find space and frequent transfer buses. Booking and entry/exit all work well.”

“on return the machine tried to charge me over 100 pounds ,, i had pre paid , this has happened 4 times now it is a joke”

“It was difficult to find parking slot, it looked to me overloaded. When I was leaving I was stopped at the barrier, inserted a ticked and the machine asked me for a hilarious price to pay even I had it pre- booked. When pressed button to get help to speak to someone, it took approx. 20 minutes while someone answered it, completely out of order, extremely disappointed.”

“Close to terminal. Approx 400m walk. Area where cars are left is mainly gravel and is a little worse for wear in places, but as you're only parking there, it doesn't really matter.”

“Apart from getting a message saying I had to pay on leaving the car park, the helpful lady who answered when I pressed the panic button was most helpful and soon sorted out the problem.”
