“This was our second use of medium term parking at Luton. The rate (if booked well in advance) is very good. Entry and exit all automatic on number plate recognition. Buses to and from the airport come promptly and take about 5 minutes to get between the terminal and the car park. Just remember to note down which lane you've parked your car in! We will use it again.”

“Despite pre-booking and returning late at night after a long flight, I was unable to exit the mid-term parking and the machine requested a payment of £160. This was really frustrating as the first attendant on the radio system demanded the booking reference number and would not accept the registration number to check the booking which involved me emptying my case. I was further frustrated after a delay to be told by a second attendant they could use my surname to check the booking!!!! I will consider alternative parking at my next visit to Luton”

“Car park was easy to find, once in the car park it has signs to available parking, waiting for the bus was only a few minutes and it drops right outside the Terminal, I am a female who was travelling alone and I felt safe using this car park, Thank you.”
