“The team at Lux BMX went above and beyond for me! I was worried I wouldn’t have the bike for my little one in time this year, but the staff went out of their way to keep me updated. They didn’t just send messages—they even called me multiple times to reassure me and provide updates. Their customer service is absolutely incredible, and the turnaround time was super quick. I couldn’t recommend Lux BMX more highly! If I could give ten stars, I would. Amazing experience from start to finish! I will try to remember to upload a photo once my little one gets on!”
