Hi There, We are sincerely sorry to hear that you didn't find your shopping experience with us enjoyable. Normally you will receive an email/text notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. This is not always possible on a Saturday as our packing department does not work weekends. We appreciate that you are unhappy about not being able to come instore, however due to COVID restrictions we have had to cap the number of people able to be instore at one time. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience that this has caused you and hope to see you again soon. Kind regards

“Sadly, its not easy to find BMX parts in NZ. I found LUXBMX after an online search and they had exactly what I was looking for! Shipping was reasonably priced and the part turned up quickly and well packaged. Overall I'm really stoked with the product and the service. I highly recommend LUXBMX to everyone!!....Check them out😁”

“You lads where a 10/10 help with everything!! Spoke back and forth about what frame was going to work best for me and didn’t just sell me any old thing and helped with all the parts and shipped it down to me in nsw within a few days, honestly could not be happier. Thanks to the whole crew you bunch of legends!!”
