“The team at Lux are always going above and beyond to ensure their customer’s needs are met. Just recently phoned to enquire on parts required for a component - they provided all the info without issue and then rang back to confirm a specific item - can’t beat that level of service - I cannot rate the LuX crew higher enough.”

“Absolutely incredible and super personal service!! I'd almost given up hope of getting the product I was looking for after a bad experience with a different store but the team at LUXBMX totally saved the day!! “Awesum service as always. Was after a cog for my race bike, other shops where happy to sell me cheap ones, without any advice. After chatting to these legends they pointed me in the direction of a more heavy duty one as i am a bigger guy, then had it in the mail with 20 mins of paying! Best shop in oz to deal with, you can tell they love bmx as much as we do. Dont waste ya time with other shops........go straight to Lux.”
