“I’m a go to lux person as living in Nz the Bmx part industry sucks. The items took a little longer to get to Lux but once they got them it arrived in under a week 👌👌 that’s why I continue to shop here, the delivery is on point.”

“Brought my BMX at the start of the year rides great. Slight issue with my brakes but got in contact with them and I can bring it back under the 2 years free service. Easy fix”

“I snap a frame and the guys from the store were really helpful in terms of find the perfect replacement, Tim give me a full spect list of frames with the similar geometry than the one I was using, they even help me to put everything together, at the end I got the best solution with the best vibe of the team, really grateful for the work of a BMX for a BMX, thanks so much!”

“LUX BMX were great & product was as ordered. There was a delay in delivery by the courier then we had ordered the wrong size so sent it back & had to pay the return shipping fee which is fair enough. The only beef we have is the cost of the return shipping being over $30?”

“Hi guys, I’m really enjoying the new frame and tyres. It gets me excited to ride every day. Huge thank you to Pat, you were right I love the new 21” top tube! The only thing that would have improved my experience is communication when organising pick up.
