“Order was delivered November 2023 . 2 payments taken in November 2023 1 l was aware of the 2nd I didn’t see it go out of my account. Another payment went out December and January when l noticed the January one l contacted them demanded for my money back and a stop of those charges and they can not give me a refund which l just left and I requested to cancel the subscription going forward and they told me that the subscription was told it will be terminated and it will end in February from there no payments will be taken, this information was given to me in January and now April they just tried to scam me another subscription money. DO NOT USE THEIR MEMBERSHIP OPTION ❗️❗️fraudsters”

Watch out. This company apparently sneaks in membership for free for a short period and charge £8.99 monthly (next month) Refunds are prohibited by the company and only identified with a INT in your bank transactions. No cashback either. Their concept as follows:- There is no correspondence with membership offers, notifications, etc. There is no end date to membership. They don't provide refunds over 14 days. That's is a break on online law as it should be 28 days.”

Literally had £8.99 taken from my account this morning and when immediately going to cancel this so called membership, it was a bit long winded. Fraudulent in my mind. AVOID AVOID AVOID

“As some other people has already flagged in the reviews. The company suggest cheaper prices, and when you buy them YOU ARE NOT AWARE that you are signing up for a membership.
If you don't know (like I didn't), after 14 days you will be charged for a membership you didn't sign up for.
When claiming for this situation, and after cancelling my "supposed" membership when I realised they had charged £9 to my account, their answer was that I had a membership and cancelled too late so that they were not going to refund. That's how they make their money to offer cheaper prices, guys. So don't fall for that.
Companies that act in such sneaky and fraudulent ways to the customers should not be allowed to trade (nor exist). I am keen to take legal action against them. So if anyone else can kindly report them to their banks too, we will make enough of a case against them to stop this practice from companies like Luxplus.”
“This is a scam. Please beware. If you buy anything from this company they will automatically sign you up for a membership of £9 a month. I bought a perfume that wasn't a great deal cheaper than a real one. That's right, it was fake. All £60 of it.
I've just had to cancel my bank card and all the inconvenience of what goes with that as they're not to quick to answer your complaint either”

This company should be avoided at all costs! A membership of 8.99 is applied after a month, so your first order and month is free, then before you know it they've take 2 months. Their customer service is rubbish, items arrived half empty and they refuse to refund or engage. Avoid at all times.”
