“Wow I didn't think consumer companies can get away with these dirty tactics these days but unfortunately I was also scammed by them too. Ordered a product last year, which never arrived. I had to chase them up for a refund. This is the only transaction I've ever had with them.
Then I have just realised they have been taking £8.99 from my bank account ever since!! Disgraceful behaviour!!”

What they do with new clients is they automatically sign you up to deduct money from the bank account on a monthly basis. Without you signing anything extra. It is like how you accidentally sign up for newsletters when buying online but in their case, they steal money from you. Worst experience I have had online shopping and my very first bad review. STAY AWAY FROM THEM”

Dear God dont let them win. I hope that they can't appear on google searches so they can scan others. The owners are probably sat on a beach during the coronavirus pandemic as well all suffer in isolation. They'll get what's coming to them one day, and when that day comes they better not complain.”

They will continue to charge card with monthly "member" fee. No notifications monthly of charged amount so it's impossible to detect unless you have good control of bank accound.

Price is good, delivery perfect but this membership was no clue what was happening , being a non dutch is even worst , i hate when people gets to be struggling so much from payments where you do not expect, 4 months ago ordered a product where it is more cheaper via phone, it leads to uncheaper why , you become member where you did not get on call , message in email,or how you called that waarschuwing that you shall pay after a month the membership, what is this? what if you dearly have no clue, that you do become a member or membership, that leads to payments 9 euro , once you tucked on it, they will not let you return anymore your money, of course you yourself did not know that there is this membership you have done, since you had only thought that it was only for once buying. after all you will only know that you have been paying , do make mistakes person, we want cheap, conveniency but it does take for us to be stupid enough.no one day i assure myself there will juridisch problem in this company.
