Lyst is an amazing site. I should say that I don't know if there are competitors, because I have never checked. Lyst suits my needs perfectly. I love being able to Lyst something and then find out if it goes on sale. Though it would be even more awesome if I could Lyst the size I wanted... I also love the relatively new option to purchase from Lyst, but have to admit that sometimes when I have the option to buy on the site, I wish I could get credit from stores that have reward programs that I am enrolled in (e.g. Saks). I even like the emails I get with things I might like, though I should probably change who I follow to make this more precise. But I don't have a lot of time to shop and I know what I want, so Lyst is a great option for me.

IT IS GREAT THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF BRANDS AND THEY ALSO HAVE A SALE SECTION FOR HIGH END BRANDS FOR THE LOW

I was so excited to find a pair of shoes on Lyst that I had been looking for everywhere! So excited that I purchased TWO pair - one for me and one for a friend who loved them too. At around 3 in the afternoon I received an email that the shoes were no longer available, that my order had been cancelled and that my credit card would not be charged. Why would they possibly be on the website and why would the order have possibly gone through if the shoes were not available? VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! First time on Lyst. Last time on Lyst.

After several years of looking for a specific bag, in a random e-mail search a link to Lyst came up. No way I thought; and though Lyst easily found exactly what I have hoped to find. You and YOOX have kept me well informed and I am delighted. I will be using you again.

Since I live in the United States, I always get worried about lost shipments coming internationally to me. And my fear was realized for a moment with my order. However, the problem was not at all with Lyst, but with UPS. And even this "problem" was not necessarily a problem. Either way, I got in contact with Lyst and they were able to solve what happened very quickly and effectively. Marina, who I assume works in customer care, got in contact with me within 24 hours of my reaching out to them about my "lost" shipment, and did the necessary research into the problem and gave me the resolution right away, and that made me very happy, as I want to continue buying from Lyst. The selection of products Lyst offers is remarkable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for by keyword search and by filters. I was looking for a scarf, but more of a tube scarf or collar, and they had many to choose from. I was looking in particular for a wool scarf, and again, many options came up. I was thrilled at the many options before me, and also the prices, which were very reasonable. Although these are discounted goods, you get what you pay for, and the quality of the products Lyst offers satisfactory. Also, with shipping, especially shipping internationally, and the short delay...I received my scarf in hardly any time at all. I think it was less than a week or just about a week. You've found a return customer in me.
