They didn't send me the item I ordered. I ordered a regular size 7.5 in a boot and they sent 7.5 extended calf boot. Ugh. I returned them at a local coach store.

I love how I can pick and choose what designers I prefer! My first Chloe bag arrived in an impeccable presentation! Will definitely make this Lyst my "go to" .

I made two purchases last week. The first on the product sold out so I went back to find the item I wanted somewhere else. The purchase experience was good, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation.......it's been almost a week.

Your website is easy to navigate. The quality, color, material and fit were all true to the description/details. Merchandise was received on time and I am very happy with this beautifully made jacket.

I have a few problems with my experience with Lyst... The focus of my review however will be on the back end of my purchase rather than the front end. Suffice it to say, they may have items featured on their site that are actually not available or even for sale. The big red flag for Lyst that you should be aware of is that they perform the function of a "store-front", facilitating the transaction purchased on its site, but takes no or little responsibility for the completion of the purchase. Even if its their mistake. In my case, it was (see paragraph above)... After taking your money, Lyst basically hands over your order to the brand themselves who may or may not have a clear policy on returns. It took nearly a month of my own constant follow up with the brand (Lyst responded to my emails but never intervened on my behalf) to get my money back for my return. The problem with Lysts business model is, they're really a curatorial service pretending to be a full service on-line store. I suggest you use their site to find items you like but purchase them directly with the brand. You have been warned. Good luck!

We ordered a black Armani jacket which cost nearly £200 but the jacket we received is bright orange! Can we have a black one please? !

I don't blame lyst but the quality of my dolce vita suade booties were poor. At first sight, the shoe looks beautiful. But after only a few days of wear, the suede started tearing off. I spent $65 on this suede bootie. I've only worn them less than twenty times and the suede surface is tearing apart. I will never buy from this brand again.
