I received a my order from Hampden boutique few days ago. It was beautifully packaged with a handwritten note from Katherine. It also came with a pen with the boutique logo. It was the first time I purchased something from lyst and Hampden boutique. I would sure come back for more items and will also tell my friends about it. Kudos!

Shirt ordered through Lyst for purchase from Menlook. This item sent from Paris!! Consequently when I had to return it because it was too small it cost over £8. Took nearly 4 weeks for refund to be credited to my account and then only after my sending email. (They stated 'bank delay'). Will not be using Menlook again!!!!!

Watch is a birthday gift - yet to be given. It looks as ordered and it works! It came very quickly, securely packaged and delivered by a really nice DHL Courier. Straight forward ordering process. Excellent, thank you!

I didn't get any shipping/tracking information in regards to my purchase and I'm still waiting for it. It says DHL 3-5 days but did specify when my item was shipped out.

Loved the sneakers but unfortunately they did not fit properly. what i was REALLY impressed with was how easy it was to return the merchandise. I was really dumb when I bought them. i did not realize that they were shipped from Hong Kong (must have missed the fine print). the package came with a return label and instructions on how to contact DHL for a pick up at my residence. I will be curious ,though, to see how long it takes to get the credit BUT I will not hesitate to by from them again. Also I called and left a message, forgetting the time difference, they were closed at the time i called, and I got a call back the next morning, As i said , I WAS VERY IMPRESSED...JONI

Lyst shows products on sale which are actually out of stock. It allows to place an order and even get a full confirmation that the order is successfully received and is being processed. After that nothing happens and the client does not even receive any notification that the product is out of stock and will never be dispatched. No Lyst nor its retailer advises that the product is out of stock. My experience with Lyst is extremely poor. However, thank you for your customer service whom I had to contact separately to get any explanations on the status of my order. The advice of Lyst customer service is very useless as to make an alert for the item once it becomes available. This is a season sale and the item will never be available after the sale. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Bought a pair of suede boots, sourced from Paris and delivered so quickly I thought they were another parcel I was expecting! Service and comms second to none. Would recommend.

I received my $160.00 shoes to find out one is faded. It has been on display. So now I have to figure out how to send them back. ( they came from Hong Kong.
