“I tried to order a pair of jeans twice only to have the funds withdrawn and receive and email days later that the jeans were unavailable. You should really update your online inventory.”

I can confirm that the retailer did not debit any funds from your account for this order, and that the temporary charge you see is a Bank Pre-authorisation which will shortly disappear from your transaction history. “In an age of baloney fashion sites that take forever to ship or communicate, Lyst is a breath of fresh air. I got my gorgeous, authentic, never-worn wedding shoes for a great price in less time that it would have taken me to shop all over town for the right size and price. “It was really nice to have such a wide range of trainers to choose from and I found a pair I liked at a reasonable price. Checking out was really easy, it offered me the pay later option so I just had to put in my name and address and my trainers were on their way (I only paid after delivery, they send you an email). It took a couple of days to be delivered (from Menlook) and arrived fine.”

“I'm pretty sure these shoes are fake. The leather is not supple pink as described. It's rough pebbled taupe. I have bought this brand before and it was much better leather. There is no veto curio stamp or made in Italy stamp anywhere either. I question the authenticity and will be reporting if not proved to me.”

“You misrepresented an item that I purchased. I was so disappointed and surprised to see something completely different when I opened my package. I called Yook and apprarently this has happened a number of times to other customers. I enjoy your website, but I am hesitant to place another order. How do I know I will receive what I actually ordered? Why show an item that is not available and then send something so ridiculously different? It's offensive and disheartening.”

“I was looking for a specific item so I "googled" it and found it on Lyst. I had never heard of Lyst prior to that moment, but I took a chance and ordered the item a couple of days later. It arrived at my home three days later and I could not be happier!”
