“Found my dream shoes. Had to enter more information for buying them from the shop. Then they cancelled because out of stock. So annoying. Why ask for information before checking if they are in stock?”

“I used Lyst to purchase a ring for Christmas. I never received shipping confirmation, and after seven days I spoke to one of your representatives on the phone. Instead of helping me with the problem, I was given phone numbers to call to figure it out for myself. Ironically, the item arrived that day. However, with no notification of shipping carrier and delivery date, the process of ordering and waiting for a Christmas gift to arrive was stressful. I do not plan to use Lyst again nor would I recommend it.”

“Great packaging and presentation. However, the hidden VAT and tax I had to pay the courier company in addition to what I had already paid Lyst was not very welcome. Would not have purchased if I had known this.”

“These boots run VERY small in size, width and room around the calf. I couldn't even get them completely on my foot so I sent them back. Basically, it cost almost $20 to try on a pair of boots.”

“Love the Rag and Bone corduroy skinny jeans. Got lots of compliments. I love the various colors which means I can wear them with different tops. They are also very soft to the touch. So glad that I found them on your website. Thank you!”

“I found the coat I had wanted.i ordered it. My card was accepted only to find several days later that a) my order appeared to be coming from Hong Kong b) the 0800 number at aCrawford Trading estate was disconnected c) they would accept my order but needed a phone photo of my card and a Bill with my house address! I loved the coat but was not prepared to take a security risk to own it!”

“Lyst was very easy to use, and I'm pleased with my purchase. I received the blouse I ordered in 1 day, much sooner than expected. My only negative comment is that before I purchased the blouse, I checked the designer's (Joie) return policies to confirm that my purchase was returnable. Nothing on Lyst's site or on the purchase or shipping confirmations I received from Lyst or Joie indicated that the blouse was a final sale item. However, the packing slip included in the package said "final sale". That is completely inappropriate. If the blouse was, in fact, a final sale item, Lyst and the designers need to make this very evident on all of the documentation online and in emails.”
