Customer service is abysmal. Been an eBay customer for 20 years. Received belligerent, unfair negative feedback from a buyer who is clearly a total hooligan, and eBay refused to step in and remove it, saying "that they didn’t find the feedback in violation of their policy". EBay policies are becoming its downfall - will be closing my account from 2025 onwards.

eBay Customer service neglected my complaint in regards to the bank account hack when money was taken out of my credit card account by this seller regardless of the proof of payment and the proof that my account was hacked.
