I was a little disappointed when I ordered 2 jerseys the order was noted as filled and on its way. However, the day it was to arrive, I got a note that one jersey had been refunded and would not be delivered. The main issue was, I ordered a second jersey as an opportunistic purchase and the jersey I had really wanted was not filled in my order and cancelled. That being said, I have otherwise had good experience with MAAP.

The jersey I got runs very small. I am an XL in Rapha but the XL I got is small.

Quality top but too expensive when compared against like for like competitors (Rapha). Sizing chart is a little off, as an XXL would have been a better fit. Postage took longer than expected. I recently ordered bibs from Spain that took less time to get to me, and I'm in Perth, WA. There's other cycling kit suppliers out there that provide kit just as good for less dollars. Also, the sizes available online are always sold out. I bought as a first pass/try, but likely won't buy again.

Overall the jersey & bib is satisfactory. But the kits are overpriced, too expensive. If the price can be lower, I will buy more.

The LS jersey looked great but the material on sleeves didn’t stretch much at all so felt restrictive and a bit uncomfortable. I went up a size to M normally a S, but still too tight around the forearms/elbow.

Bought knicks and jersey on line. Knicks great. Jersey too tight. Swapped for a more loose fitting jersey however feel it is tight also. Perhaps larger sizing needed particularly for women with a larger bust. I have an XL but suggest you consider sizing a XXL to cater for larger bust size.

Love your products but I find it difficult to get the sizing right. Pair this with a complicated and expensive return policy and it makes it hard to want to purchase more.

Yeah not bad, love the product but sizing is so hard don’t really know till you get riding and sadly my bibs are too big for my and now they’re worn I can’t exchange them.

Disappointed free shipping applies after discount code. No other retailer I've used to purchase online has done this. Poor inventory levels of just released kit.

Sent an email to customer support regarding the quality on a pair of bib I purchased, With photos of sub standard stitcing on leg gripper finishes (birdnest of cotton) and unfinished (cut off) cotton. The garment also had threads exposed in the top of the shoulder strap. Here is the response from Martina; Thank you for reaching out.I have just shown the attached pictures to our production team, who have advised that the fraying is coming from some "finish" stitches, that are easily subject to fraying due to use and wash. Those stitches have no structural impact on the overall bib, which means that it should be durable and have no future issues. Please get in touch in case the bib deteriorates and we will promptly offer a replacement. 1. In relation to my contacting support services, it wasn't to get carification that the garment wouldn't fall apart after use or washing, it was that it was not to a standard which I expected for paying $355. 2. I advised in my contact email that I requested to return and item be replaced which was ignored. The order number was MAP-166278

Recently, Maap has increased their pricing. A little disappointed, as I have always supported Maap. Being said that, the email/enquiry was replied to a little too slowly, where I have to inquire through Instagram. In some cases, items (that were worn once or new items received) can be found to be torn due to the item not being stitched properly. I hope this can be looked into thoroughly.

Love your gear but bought a bundle lately to take advantage of the 15% bundle discount and free delivery. Unfortunately the size chart for the shirt was way out and I then had to pay for return postage and redelivery which seemed a little off with the cost of the order
