“Ordered three items on line and took over a month to be delivered. I emailed twice to there customer service department asking why it was taking so long and didnt get any reply from them . Absolutely disgusting service and over one month to deliver three toolboxes . Machine mart - an absolute joke”

“Quality is dire, i have bought several tools, compressor, air nibbler, pipe flaring kit, welder all of which defective from manufacture. BUYER BEWARE machine mart take it on themselfs to opt out of any form of warrany. instead they point you to thier parts department that want extortionate prices and have part numbers invisible to google, so your can`t repair their defective products, without them.”

“Once they have your money you are a nobody to them... I tryed to return my ig1000 generator within few days from the sale and they will hang up on you, they will say it is your fault and even insult you. my generator was was/is burning all the engine oil witin 8 hours of use(not continuous use - 3 hours a day) . I never seen/ heard of a 4 stroke engine burning all it s engine lubricating oil in 8 hours. PATHETIC GENERATOR CLARKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. few days ago almost caught fire wile running. white thick smoke came out from the inverter bit . all this after 60 hours of use. Now the generator is with Clarke international repair centre for repairs. Because I dare complain to them they still not repaired yet after 21 days. I am still waiting... AMAZING quality british engineering men.... AVOID MACHINE MART and CLARKE INTERNATIONAL !!!!!”

“Once machinemart have your money just hope the goods arrive. So far mine haven't and sales do not answer emails. All that has happened is my bank card has been debited by the amount of the order, which is the only thing they got right.”

“I ordered a welder and paid extra for the 24 hour shipping because I needed it for a job. Several phone calls over the next 48 hours to Parcel Force and Machine Mart welder finally turns up. Grumpy unapologetic staff finally promise a shipping refunded. Two weeks later going through my accounts I spot there's been no refund. Phoned again and get Simon (who's been to the same customer training as the first guy), blames the Bank for the slow payment. He said I should get it in 2 to five working days, Should? Fingers crossed?”

“collected instore a Clarkes compre 5 weeks later it failed Machine mart said that they would send the parts for me to mend it in first class post 6 days later am now told that parcelforce have the goods ! all very pally in tech dept BUT DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY Very disapointed with MACHINE MART will never buy from them again”
