“All the logistics went fine. It arrived on time in a sturdy box w dry ice packs. I was serving it as a side dish w fish. Although my 2 guests ate it heartily, I found the mushrooms were tough and difficult to chew. I would not order it again.”
“I registered for two separate orders. One to Rocklin, CA and the second to Oxnard, CA. The Rocklin order arrived on time and with an email for tracking. The Oxnard order got lost in processing. Never got an email showing it was enroute or a follow-up to my email inquiring on its whereabouts. My niece finally texted me that she got the tin of cookies which was about 2-3 days after I sent an email to you all about the status of the 2nd order. I actually have been thinking that I am going to start doing business for the holidays with companies based in California and stop suppoirting those in other states.”

“The ordering was the easy part unfortunately I have no idea if the package was delivered to the recipient as Mackenzie has never notified me of delivery nor had recipient acknowledged gift. In the past I have been notified when gift was sent and upon arrival of gift to recipient. Very disappointed this time around.

“I ordered three items for holidays at a distance with family. One of these was substituted without any contact with me. Brie and raspberries en croute became asparagus tips! Other items were very good but this substitution with no notice or choice was very disappointing.”
