Everything we ordered was a TREMENDOUS hit at our party, but the guests were especially impressed by the mushroom flatbread pizza and the Stromboli. “The cake arrived the day before Thanksgiving and dry ice had kept it very cold. There were no instructions on what to do with the cake, so I put it in the refrigerator until noon on Thanksgiving and then brought it to my son's house, where he served it to everyone around 4:00 pm.”

I highly suggest/recommend that the cooking time for several items should be seriously reviewed, specifically the bacon pops. Had to cook longer than directions indicated, which affected my serving time to my guests. The bacon pops and Beef Wellington were the top two favorites among my guests.

“It is my opinion that they should try to organize their shipping/arrival times so that it works with the dry ice. I received my order for Thanksgiving (I ordered several appetizers). They arrived with zero dry ice and the shrimp were barely cool to the touch. Mackenzie takes no responsibility for shipping so basically, when it doubt, throw it out. I wasted a ton of money. Won't order again.”
