“I had received a Mackenzie catalog in the mail. I ordered several items which we enjoyed. The AuGratin potatoes did not meet our expectations as described. I baked them for the total amount of time and still came out cold and hard. Added another 1/2 hour, still a bit better but still hard potatoes. Other wise the other items ordered were wonderful. I have referred many of my friends to Mackenzie.”
“The automated system chose an address that c was not mine. The automated system notified me of the ecpected delivery and the "address" it was to be delivered to. I contacted CB immediately and the representative said no problem he would contact the rep at UPS and have the address changed as it was in the same zip code. Hoever, the order was delivered to the wrong address and I was told there was no record of my previous conversation and the best that could be done was to reorder at a 50% discount. Dissatisfied customer”
