It arrived Nov. 28th I called Mackenzie and I would not be home after 2:00 PM on the 30th, It was delivered at 11:00 AM (the same time as 2 days ago). I still have not gotten the dinner! Fedex , the delivery agent, said that I could come to pick it up. But I don't drive!! I won't order from Mackenzie Limited again!”

“I ordered the Italian sausage snd it was inedible. So hot that I could not eat anything for an hour. Had to nice my mouth. I called to complain and get a refund. The agent instead interagated me snd insisted there was no red spice in it. I took a picture of it. I have proof. So now it goes to get reviewed by someone else. This is ridiculous. I order food regularly from QVC snd never have this problem. I sm done with this company.”
“I have been a MacKenzie customer for several years. I have made it a reliable Christmas gift to one family member that loves beef and they have always been delighted by the quality of the selections. That is until this year. I sent the surf and turf dinner for 2. The filet mignon was rancid. Now anything can happen to a food shipment especially during the busy holiday season. When it was reported to Mackenzie the customer service representative was lovely and very apologetic about the mishap. But my concern is that it took several emails and another phone call to remedy the situation. 2 replacement steaks were sent, I feel that since the gift was a surf and turf dinner for two, the entire meal should have been replaced or refunded. Can you imagine eating the full meal after biting into a rancid piece of beef? I'm not sure I have confidence in your company any longer, and this is unfortunate.”
“In past years, I have loved your petit fours. They were the same year after year, same exact look and flavors. This year, they looked and tasted different — they were a little smaller, the cake and frosting were softer and insubstantial, and they had no real flavor — they just tasted like sugar — and regardless of color, they all tasted the same. (Previously, the cake was rich and dense and some of the petit fours had slight raspberry taste and others had a mint flavor. And the dark chocolate and white icing had distinct flavors, too.) I bought two boxes and threw away the second box after eating some of the first. I assumed you made the petit fours, but am now wondering if you buy them from another vendor and switched vendors this year. Unless you tell me you are switching back, I won’t be buying them again. Sorry to write such a negative review, but you sent me an email asking me to write one, so I am taking the time to provide this honest feedback.”

“I had to cancel my brunch because the croissants had expired 6 months ago! Of course they sent free replacement but too late for my brunch! I couldn’t take a chance ! Anyway I received the box too late to reschedule!”
