“Mackenzie doe not stand behind their product. Ordered a gift meal for two. Pie was crushed and stale. Meat prepared per instructions was dried out and unable to be eaten. Sides tasted off. Reported issues to them and was offered 20% off next purchase. Why would I order again after this bad experience? Asked for 50% refund but they refused. They should have offered to replace the meal or refunded the cost. This is not how you take care of your customers. I Was actually planning to try their food since it looked so good on the site. Sorry Mackenzie, you failed and lost what would have been a good, loyal customer.”

“I was so pleased with my first order from Mackenzie, that I gave gift certificates for the holidays to my family. Everyone was thrilled! The choices were excellent and included so many items that we couldn't get except at a fine restaurant. Everything arrived perfectly frozen with good instructions for heating and tasted perfectly fresh when served. “I ordered 4 boxes of Biscuits with the Boss and only one box arrived but the packing slip said 4 were in the shipment. I notified customer service and they apologized and agreed to expedite the other 3 boxes. Instead of the other 3 boxes, I received 3 coffee cakes but the packing slip said 3 Biscuits with the Boss. Once again, I notified customer service and they apologized for the mistake, told me to keep the coffee cakes and expedited the 3 Biscuits with the Boss. The coffee cakes are delicious as are the biscuits. I will definitely order from Mackenzie again despite the shipping errors.”
“Some of the dishes were overly seasoned. The mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese were delicious, but the amount provided were very small and in no way enough to provide reasonable portions to 4 people.”

The other three were less than I expected; I even threw one item out. I would hope that for the price I paid, I would get consistently good food.”
