“The food is delicious! The delivery came in very good condition protected by dry ice. The directions for cooking/reheating were simple and easy to follow. Mackenzie products add an elegant touch to a special event, like a holiday meal, or any celebration. People think you fussed over food preparation, but of course, cooking and preparing Mackenzie food is very easy.”
“We loved these Garlic Knots! They were very taste and everyone of them was gone at Christmas Dinner, plan to order them again next Christmas and maybe even before that!”
“I ordered $500 of food for the 5th year. This time I was surprised that the onion soup came in some sort of Stouffer’s packaging from the grocery store- it now makes me wonder… why isn’t the survey asking about the onion soup?”
“I have used Mackenzie now for three Christmas dinners and multiple gifts. Their Turkey en croute is delicious along with the gravy and Hasselback potatoes. And the sticky toffee pudding is to die for. You won't make a mistake using McKenzie !”
“I dont know what you sent but I ordered gravy it was tossed in the trash. I took one spoon to taste it and would not expect anyone to get that. I have no idea what is in it but it had zero taste of gravy.
The sweet potatoes was good but when I checked online I see you use frankenfood GMO garbage. I am shocked for the amount of money you charge you dont get REAL food.”
“I ordered a Buche de Noel. It was delicious. The "candy" in each end was damaged somewhat during the shipping, but the rest was perfect, especially the taste.”
“I sent a $200 gift card to my sister’s family. The card was invalid. After much difficult attempts at communicating with “customer service”, they sent her a replacement gift card. This one was also invalid. I’m requesting a refund. Shady business”
“It is so easy to order online, and the order comes packed in a thick foam container with lots of dry ice.
Friends and I gathered to celebrate the Holidays with each of us bringing some goodies. The cheesecake bites and key lime bites were the hit of the gathering. The cheesecake bites are rich, creamy and the dark chocolate coating is a perfect compliment. Be sure to take them out of the tray before thawing, they can be a bit messy once they get to room temperature. And it is best to let the key lime bites thaw in the fridge and only put them out at the last minute since the key lime filling is almost of liquid consistency at room temperature.
Would I order them again? You bet!”
“Shipping was right on time. Cheesecake was delicious, lasagna appetizers were good too but bourbon bacon bites were awful. Too expensive for what you received.”
“I ordered some macarons and a Limoncello Cake in November for a small group gathering. The cake received raves so I ordered another one to be sent to friends for Christmas. They have sent me thank yous and high praise for the cake, telling me they planned to order more for friends.
I have loved everything I have ordered from you.”
