“I was told that once I turned 50 and went through menopause I would never be able to lose weight. I started coaching in late July/early August with just nutrition. I was slow to learn and had problems breaking old habits so I struggled a lot. Danielle was patient but also called me out on things.
I still struggle with mind games (telling myself that a bite or a handful of candy or chips, etc won't hurt if I don't track). I'm still a work in progress with that. I am down over 20 lbs since April 2022, most of that with Macros and my coach Danielle. I went to complete coaching at the end of my 3 months and love the customized workouts.
