“I joined because I knew what I was doing and what had worked previsouly wasn't working anymore. I think I knew that I needed to relook at things and wasn't fully able to do that on my own. My coach was very direct and real about it - it hit hard and admittedly at times it frustrated me and even left me feeling defeated.. Until I fully realized she was totally on my team; it was never mean or inaccurate - just new and different to have someone be real but also be looking to build me up. I had to be fully open with her to get the most and best experience aka I play a big part. She was and is amazing at adjusting to me and not some cookie cutter approach. My goals may, in fact, not be to lose the most weight but to feel comfortable in my body and achieve a balance in life I really relish and can maintain and it was a long game for me. She has supported that and in the process I have also lost over 15 pounds (over 15% of my body weight) and am now mildly excited (which is a lot for me) to get more training in. I do feel more comfortable in my body and have also made a lot of progress in my relationship with food and fitness. I have had an eating disorder in the past and also been a Div I athelete where body composition was highlly focused on. I have since had a lot of life changes and am so thankful that what was now one of the most emtional areas of my life is one that is more stabilizing and grounding. Candidly, I was very hesitant/even scared to try something like this bc it can be very triggering based on my past. My coach has found a wonderful balance of pushing and supporting while overall prioritizing me as a person, and I can't be more thankful.”

“Over the past 11 months, my primary goal was to gain a better understanding of macro tracking and put it into practice, all while working towards losing weight. At first, tracking macros felt like a challenge—understanding portion sizes, balancing meals, and ensuring I stayed within my targets required a lot of focus. But my coach was incredibly supportive throughout the process. They helped me set realistic targets,
