“This is about a recent wallpaper order to Richard Murphy. When placing the order, I included a note asking why a discount code did not work. Your representative sent a courteous reply explaining that the order was not eligible for a discount, but instead, she provided a $20 credit, which is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I don't have her name, but I hope you can find it and recognizer her for taking good care of her customer. I look forward to doing business with you again. Thanks!”

“Love the wallpaper in my farmhouse living room. So surprised to receive my wallpaper so fast! Excellent brand, lovely to work with. First time with 10 ft ceilings. Just waiting on the furniture!”

“I am very happy with Mahone's wallpaper shop! They have a tremendous amount of options in all price ranges and colors/textures, yet I easily found exactly what I was looking for and at an amazing price. Due to the installer's error, I had to order extra paper and they got the extra wallpaper to me in time while the paperers were still here. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone interested in wallpaper!”

“I ordered fabric from Mahones, which I was very fortunate to find on their website. I had looked everywhere else to no avail. I placed my order with a very friendly and helpful lady. My fabric arrived within days and was perfect. I’m very happy and will continue to shop there!”

Hi, Tracey! I'm sorry you were unhappy with the wallpaper you ordered. It looks like you ordered a grasscloth and due to it being a natural product made from grass, shading can vary throughout the rolls. This is just a characteristic of this type of wallpaper. If you did not like the color, a return could have been initiated for a full refund. Samples are also available to order to see the product in person before making a decision. It can be hard to shop for wallpaper online when you aren't seeing it in person.

“I was happy to match wallpaper I bought in 2005. Due to the kitchen meeting a large tree this past winter, the paper had to be replaced and I was elated I found a match. Loved it then and love it now.”
