“Live and learn.. I used to like Mango, but Mango Factory is a different story. Sizing in their tops seems to be huge!?! I ordered size 6 tops and I'm sure there's been some kind of error in labelling, should be marked size 16!
Now that I read the reviews here, even if I will never be able to wear these huge "sacks", won't take the risk of not getting refund AND still having to pay the return cost, no thanks. Instead, I'll try to sell them for some pregnant ladies, would work really well for pregnancy belly, but for regular 6, never.

“All sizes are weird, some of the products I received were faulty. When I’ve made my purchase I was made to believe delivery will be in 4 working days. Now I’ve been told it takes 2 - 7working days.

“I ordered the same coat 3 times because each time they sent the wrong size, made me pay for the return shipping. They promise to reimburse you but never do. They ask for your personal bank information knowing you won't give it and then you're out of the return cost. I will never shop there again. Still out of all my money I haven't been reimbursed.”

“I placed an online order at Mango Outlet on 03/May and I realize that my address was wrong. On 07/May I have contacted the customer service to request the correction and they said that they could do anything because the order was shipped. I can not understand why they can not contact the transport service knewing that the order couldn't be delivered. Of course that the order was not delivered and they said that they couldn't contact the transport service. We are on 15/June and I didn't receive the order or my money back (115 euros). I tried several times (first one on 07/May) to contact the customer service without sucess. The worse customer service experience I had.”
“Not long ago, I did a lot of shopping at Mango Outlets. Before, Mango didn't do this when there was a problem, but I bought the first item at the Mango outlet, but the size was all wrong.
And the refund address is on the sticker, but it wasn't prepaid, so I had to pay $50 and send it back. UPS said this address was wrong and said it was undeliverable, so I had to send it to the place on the receipt there.
And it said on the receipt to send it to the address on the receipt. So I sent it, and a few days later, the email came from the mango outlet, but you sent it to the office... so it said that I couldn't refund.
It's $300 (excluding $50 wannapping), but I can't give it to you. Does that make sense? I came here when I was a kid, so I didn't have any English problems, and I just picked up by e-mail. They asked what kind of business they were doing like this, but they couldn't give it, so they said they were distributing a credit card, and they contacted the card company and blocked the pay. Guys, be careful with mango outlet shopping. I never intend to buy from "Mango outlet" again.”

Getting them to pay for the return postage is like trying to get pennies out of Scrooge. Pennies over customer loyalty, that's what this company values. “I like MANGO clothing; during sales, the prices correspond to the quality. But since these are online stores, seeing and trying the items is possible after receiving them, so returning some things increases. However, the return policy is terrible since the returning price does not fix, so that returning items do not make any sense. Perhaps this is the brand's goal - to earn as much as possible, regardless of the customers' convenience.”
