“Save your money, rubbish clothes, order some item which not fit send it back but I don’t get my money back instead they give u a gift card avoid it”

“I sent the company several messages about a skirt I wanted to order because I needed advice on sizing. They answered my question however when I went back to order the skirt they raised the price from $150 to $175. They offer free shipping over $200. Honestly it was a matter of one day , and literally the next they raised the price! They don’t offer any discounts for first time buyers nor any for email sign up. The quality of their clothing does not equal their price point. Their clothes are made cheaply and rip as soon as you wash them. Needless to say they won’t be getting my business again!”

“First time ordering and delivery process was terrible ! After 4 days delay my parcel ended up at a parcel shop for my ‘pick up’ which wasn’t my selected choice of delivery. Spent my hour lunch break to pick it up, after spending my hard earned money this parcel also cost me valuable time. My brother warned me that he’s heard too many people complain about them and he would never shop from them, I should have listened. Imagine spending hundreds of £s and still having such a horrible experience. The item was too big even though I went a size down and I’m completely nervous about returning because I’ve seen so many bad experiences of people not getting their money or lost items. Fake luxury, not worth the time and money in my opinion there are other better brands that make you feel like your purchase made sense.”

“I returned an item 9-9-23. by USPS and as of 10-12-23 I was informed by USPS they don’t have possession my package anymore after leaving it in NY. I contacted Maniere and they just keep saying I have to wait the allotted Return time.I’ve sent several emails and I beyond disgusted with there Scamming me for my $104.00. ITS BEEN 36 Days. Pathetic!”

“Absolutely abysmal customer service: 1) sent my items to another location and would not refund me the delivery fee because it “technically arrived next day” 2) they did not initiate my refund when they said they would 3) never acknowledge their mistake and took ages to sort the issue I checked my tracking details and it showed my parcel at a completely DIFFERENT address. I paid £7 for next day delivery to my home address. When I contacted the Maniere De Voir customer services which a picture of my confirmation email showing my delivery address, they said they would not refund me the delivery charge saying that technically it did arrive BUT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They said “Unfortunately we are unable to refund your original delivery fee as it was delivered on time within the next day of your order as promised. We do apologise for not being able to meet this request.” I think it’s unacceptable they would say they technically delivered the service because it arrived the same day, it’s absurd. I emailed with several staff members who never once acknowledged their mistake. They then said they can send out a replacement but this will take time as they need to wait for the original parcel to get back to their warehouse. I decided I don’t want their items so I asked for a refund. They again said they could not refund the delivery charge. The parcel never made it to my house, so why should the financial onus be on me? I escalated it and they finally approved the refund. However, once I waited the 3-5 business days, there was no refund. I emailed them and they told me to speak to my bank which I did. My bank told me they were not holding any funds. I went back to Maniere De Voir and they checked again and said they had not initiated the refund. I waited the 5 business days and it finally arrived. I genuinely cannot understand how they could mess up so many times. I had ordered another parcel a day after my initial order and I returned it without opening the parcel because there is no way I’m giving my money to a business that cares so little about customers with the simple logistics of e-commerce. I’m glad I kept none of the items, vote with your money. If you have any issues, ask to “escalate the complaint” otherwise they will ignore your requests.”

“Quality is ok - not worth it for the price. I tried to return something, and due to how long it took to return from Australia, it was slightly out of their 'returns' policy. They then said I'd only be entitled to a credit note, which only lasts for 3 months. Ridiculous! Shipping fees are exorbitant as well. Will not be buying from here ever again.”

“You have to pay for shipping and returns. Only a handful of countries can return with rebound, but others have to arrange the shipping themself, which means paying 8x more. The return would have cost the same amount as the products (2 jackets)... Do not recommend.”

“I ordered two items and they sent them in two different packages you can’t send them back in one package and the return costs pretty much it takes like 30 days that they recieve the package and i get no answers from the customer service that when i’m getting my money back. Terrible.”

“At first I liked the designs of MDV, but once I ordered from them a few times I realised that they are low quality and they have a TRAP SYSTEM, which is sending you a voucher instead of a refund and when you don’t decide to use it they DONT REFUND you, they just say that the voucher has expired = STEALING YOUR MONEY! I have asked them several times that I don’t want to buy anything from them and want my money from the voucher back into my bank account and they REFUSE TO DO A REFUND! This is a complete trap and they are making you spend your hard working money on their products even if you don’t want to. Please AVOID shopping from them and save yourself the TROUBLE.”

“Would leave zero, company are scam artists and should be ashamed! Sent items back in good condition to be told the dress was 'soiled' what a lie looks like they do this to alot of people and then won't refund your money! Think it's about time this company's taken to court god knows how their getting away with this fraud!!”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a bunch of items, most of which were way too large and a skort that was defective (the zipper was sown shut). I returned the next day after receiving the items (that I did even not try on). 3 weeks later they email me with photos of stains all over my items saying that I soiled them and they won't process the refund. An absolute scam - they will not give me my money back. There is zero chance I stained those items.”

“Maniere de Voir will not take any action if a package has not been delivered by DHL. They keep you on the line by saying that the package will be delivered. This can take weeks even months. They report nothing to DHL despite the fact that they are the instructions from DHL.”

“I waited a whole month for packages that were supposed to arrive in 4-6 days. the order was split into 7 parcels and the post office asked me for an additional payment of 200 euros in taxes!!! for an order for which I have already paid 725 euros. these clothes come from china and they are always stopped by customs! of course, I probably won't get my money back because the packages are stuck somewhere and they don't want to return them until the items are returned to them.”

“This place is a complete rip off. I ordered a few items from this company. Trusted the size chart on their website. Received items they were EXTREMELY oversized. Also they were stained. Sent items back a they refused to refund me for the faulty extremely huge, stained items that they sent me. The clothing are poorly made an they will send you faulty items just to deny your refund if you return. Awful company!!!”

“Poor customer service and TERRIBLE returns process. You can only return to them using their online portal and therefore their shipping provider of choice and pay a flat rate that they charge. On top of that, returns take up to 3 weeks to arrive to them and another 7 days for the money to begin being processed back to you. They CONSTANTLY loose returns in the mail and are unwilling to do anything about it. If you have returns, you will likely not get your money back. Considering how much you spend to receive very regular quality clothing, please avoid this terrible company and spend your money elsewhere.”
