These people are crooks. Had a refund returned in the form of an e-gift card (that's the only way!) No expiry date listed on it. Obviously this has been done strategically so there is a chance of you not using the gift card before the expiry and the company getting to keep your money. Will never purchase from them again.

BEWARE - their online return process is VERY misleading. Their website has false information that says you can return multiple orders in ONE PACKAGE. However , their return system will not allow you enter multiple orders. Their Customer Care Team will not offer ANY help other than telling you to incur the payment for shipping multiple returns , even though all the items fit in one box. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. I am beyond upset because I had purposely checked their Return Policy before ordering. They lost a lifetime customer because of this.

Beautiful clothes but poor customer service unfortunately. They didn't deliver items and are fighting not to give me the items nor my money back. I'll ask for a charge back.

I ordered two items and they sent them in two different parcels. One of the has arrived but there comes the two with the other one. I have been writen them after 13 days that there seems to be something wrong with my order as I saw at that time that it is stucked somewhere since 10 days already. They told me they started an investigation blablabla process and it should last 3 working days. After those 3 days I have been sending them another several emails and they always said the same thing to me: “We started an investigations please wait”. I told them after one month of doing nothing from their side that I don’t want to wait for nothing and that I want to receive my money back. They sent my money back on a gift card because that is the way I paid the inittial order. I ordered those products with 50-70% discount, now I have a part of my money on the gift card and I have to buy another products on a full price, or maybe even put a difference. Who is paying for my time, for the 20 emails I spend time to send and to respond? Who is paying for their mistake? For my one month of waiting?

Könnte ich gar keinen Stern geben, würde ich das sofort tun. Vor 1,5 Monat bestellt und als Express bezahlt und bis jetzt nichts bekommen. Beim Kundendienst bekommt man immer einen Standardsatz, wird vertröstet, passieren tut allerdings gar nichts!!! Leider habe ich auf die Bewertungen hier vertraut. Auf einer anderen Bewertungsplattform, habe ich leider erst später gesehen, sehen die Bewertungen ganz anders aus und warnen vor dem Kauf bei dieser Firma.

The 1 star goes for the extreme delays. and the cons they are pulling. I have to admit that the jacket and shirt I bought came in good condition. Not the amazing quality you would expect from their photoshoot...but it has a good look. BUT it took 24 days to arrive instead of 3 to 4 days that their were saying. And it is not coming from the UK or germany it is coming from China!!! And although it is saying on their receipts that VAT is included I still had to pay the VAT at the post office when I received it. And my order was a jacket and a shirt that they couldn't add together so i got charged two separate VATs. Every email I sent felt like a waste of time..they respond with the same answers all the time. They will never refund you for anything. The point is that you get the impression that you are shopping from a legitimate European site of good quality stuff but you buy from a Chinese retailer and you get the equivalent treatment. I felt like they were laughing at me or cursing at me with a smile on their face. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM. They annoyed me more than any other site ever did.

Bought a coat for 160 pounds UK size 10 and it's absolutely huge... It's more like a size 20 doesn't look anything like it does online, it drowns me yet looks fitted on the model online and she's same size as me. Not to be trusted this company.

I’ve supported MDV for 3 years and the company has really gone down hill. They send you the incorrect sizes and missing clothes. They even had the audacity to charge me over $1,700.00 for something I’ve never even purchased. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact my bank because they are not sure why I was charged for this and it must be an error. I am now disputing it with my cc. MDV YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY.

The sizing of the clothes are completely off! I mailed in my order back to them which cost $18. It’s been over a month and my money has not been refunded ! Stick to buying clothes in the US or from a trusted company.

It's a scam, products are from China and nothing like advertised. Trying to get a refund is very difficult and returning product is to Rome not China where products are from.

Thank goodness I came here and saw these reviews. It was a big red flag 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 When my bank automatically blocked the transaction asking if I made it. I will be calling and saying to block this company I will not be paying no import fees. Y’all should be upfront about this I will be leaving one star reviews on everything for this company

The worst part is sending something back and being lied too, that they are out of stock. Yet on the website shows they have your size ready to order! I wouldn’t order from this store. customer service isn’t there main concern!!

It has been a month, and I still haven't gotten my package. I have been waiting patiently, only for customer service to say that my package has been delivered a week ago, when my mail box still sits empty. I have contacted them multiple times about my package not arriving, only for them to say it's arrive, when it hasn't. I don't know if it's a problem with the company, or with the shipping company they're partnered with, but it feels like a complete scam. I spent hundreds of dollars on my order, only for them to tell me it's in my possession, when I'm clearly voicing I don't have the package. A complete waste of time and I've gotten scammed off hundreds of dollars.

DO NOT USE! Ordered an item. Aside from the fact you pay for delivery AND RETURN AND THEY HAVE A MINIMUM SPEND.. they have the worst customer service. They sent an item using Evri who are useless. They didnt deliver, didnt leave a card. Tracking states they delivered to a concierge at an office! I live in a house not a block of flats or an office! When contacted, on social media because their website wasnt working they insisted it had been delivered to me because ‘Evri said so’ even though the pictures dont match and the GPS doesnt match. They really ARE NOT BRIGHT. Eventually she accepted they were at fault and would refund but then needed proof that I lived there to refund me?? What if I had sent the item to my sisters address as a gift. Would I need to move my ID to another city to get a refund? These people are deliberately obtuse. Please save your money. Use Zara. Use Asos. Use anyone.

Please reconsider! The sizing is completely off. The high waisted pants touched my rib cage. The jeans were also incredibly thin and the strange extra fabric below waist. Not high quality materials, especially for the price point. Truly disappoint. And very suspicious that the review link on their website has “technical difficulties”

I will never use this company again, I'm in tears I have anxiety I didn't receive my parcel so the tell me to fill out a document it won't load I can't do it 20 emails later they still can't help me I'm over £120 out if pocket no delivery and no refund I'm fuming. Never again it's disgusting.

Tried to buy a pair of pants, the website said the product wasn't able to be purchased. After checking my bank statements they still charged the money for the product even after being told there was an error in buying my product.

Do NOT buy from this company if you live in the US! They do not tell you that you will have to pay IMPORT FEES to receive your package! I've given this company too many chances and this is my LAST! I paid over $400 for clothes and $30 delivery to get it quick! UPS showed up and when I got to the door he said I owed $243. I was confused as to why I owed anything because I already paid. So he took back the package and I spent an hour on the phone, to figure out this company does NOT TELL YOU, you the costumer has to pay Import fees! UPS can give this company back their package, because they want to try and scam you by not telling you upfront about the fees and ill be getting my refund HOPEFULLY!!!!

They do not make it clear on their website, but you have to pay import fees if you're in the US. I would not have ordered anything if I knew i would have to pay over $200 to receive the package.
