We had the current meal deal yesterday for dinner, Ham&Cheese crumble. It contained very little of either ham or chicken, the cubed potatoes were quite hard and the taste of mustard over powered anything else, even though it was quite subtle but there was very little other flavour in the dish to balance it out. For dessert we had the Tiramisu as one choice which was totally delicious and could taste the alcohol content. Our other option of the Vanilla cheesecake again was sadly tasteless and very dull. The minted new potatoes (side dish) were ok.

I always manage to find something in the sale rail for myself who is 40+. I don't find that in general at full price the clothes are worth it and you won't find me ordering at full price normally. The clothes are not stand out enough to wsttayfull price.

On the whole Ithink the Marks and Sparks fashions have declined over the years. I always purchased mine and myfamilies clothes from them, over a period of 40 years. I still do occasionally but in general find the quality and choice very poor. Today I called into the West Cornwall store near Hayle, I wanted to buy a ladies suit. The choce was very poor, and what as there was of a very poor standard. I wish I could buy some of the fashions I’ve purchased over the years.

I was in M&S Worcester store on 27th August 2019 and I had an assistant by the name of Wendy Evans who was extremely helpful and gave me excellent service, I was very impressed. All of your staff are very polite and courteous but, this lady went the second mile.

The new range of meals for £10 in a net bag are very disappointing. The ingredients don’t gel well together. We have tried the paella/chicken and truffle pesto and the chicken with loads of parsley. There is a lot more work to be done on perfecting the recipes.

Mark's and Spencer haverfordwest, many of the older ladies serving their are very rude . We spent £120 pound . We have been collecting the little shops collection, only needing 2 more for our collection. THE LADY SAID OFFER FINiSHED, but it had not because you could get them else where in the store. However she gave us a couple after phoning manager . Had a huge basket full behind counter. SO NOT HElPFUL. VERY bossy lady.

I have been an M&S card holder for several years. Love the sparks offers, and recently took advantage of the 20% off lingerie. Typically, I was wearing the wrong size bra, which prompted me to invest in new ... but I was shocked at how many women came to the fitting room asking for the bra fitting service - inline with this promotion, but the M&S attendant explained they were fully booked. The lovely "Jackie" M&S lingerie expert, was kind enough to help me (without an appointment), and as a result, I spent over £120. I really do feel that M&S Aintree Lingerie Department are missing out at this store in particular .... there was a non stop conveyor belt of ladies needing assistance.... with a shortage of staff, a shortage of changing rooms, and a shortage of appointments ? No criticism of the staff - Jackie was very professional indeed, helping as many as possible - However, those higher up the food chain would benefit by looking into this. Ive must also add : I was very disappointed that I didnt see the "Lorraine" (morning show host) Change & Check Breast Cancer awareness sticker? This is important stuff! It could be a life changer! It wouldnt be a bad idea to send staff on a breast awareness course whilst their at it - instantly, M&S are more than a bra fitting service, selling your wares.

The cake tasted lovely but does anyone else think it doesn’t resemble the no 9?

I am a massive fan of M&S food and love the food Hall, but really sorry! think I have found a meal that really doesn't belong, it's the mushroom strogonoff (which is so far from a stroganoff believe me) and cauliflower I can't finish the meal and It is destined for the bin.

I shop in Ealing Broadway branch and have been complaining for month about the huge trolley the unfortunate customer is expected to very difficultly navigate the bulking thing around when I complain to the shop they say yes everyone is complaining talk to head office, but the just say they will lalk to the manager? I wish the shop manager go large trolley shopping around the store,he might learn something,Westfield,Brent cross all have small trolleys at least the obviously listen to the customers, unlike Ealing Broadway, thank God for Waitrose, they have small trolley,

I have been buying M&S clothing for 30 years and was always satisfied with the quality and prices. Over the last few years unfortunately the quality has deteriorated and the choice of fashions is appalling, colourless and unimaginative, hence my purchases have fallen. Pity, I always used to liked M&S clothes.

Staff at click and collect will no longer allow customers to pay at their till. As I walked through the store to collect my order I noticed a couple of items I liked and took them with me to click and collect till. I waited to pick up my order, asked if I could pay there (no-one waiting behind me) and was told to go to the main till to join the queue, very poor customer service.

Cruise travellers take note!!! Whilst on a cruise stopped off at Gibraltar, purchased a top at M&S store. Had to return the product to the Liverpool store. Although I had my receipt, ticket still attached to top & was still in the allocated time. There seemed to be a problem as the store in Gibraltar is a concession store. Finally I did get my refund, but this needs to be explained to customers who are on holiday!!

I had an underwear fitting and the assistant was helpful and professional. However 4 out off of the items I chose were out of stock so we're ordered for home delivery. I was appalled to learn that returns were to a main store only or PAID delivery.

Delivered the item I ordered without postage or return costs as extra. Meant I could try more than one size of shoe on properly at home and check they really did fit my awkward feet!

I normally rate the food but have just bought garlic and herb chicken thighs which were rather awful...very fatty and most the herb stuffing sat in the fatty part of the thigh. It was apparently sufficient for two people, but had five thighs (why do stores offer meals for two with unequal portions, perhaps in the hope you will buy another? However I just make sure I don’t buy it again. M& S Food seems to be on the verge of deteriorating the same as the clothing!
