M&S Sutton Surrey 23/12/2022 my pick up time to collect pre ordered Turkey Crown was 11:30-12 and looking ahead to Boxing day I arrived 30 mins earlier to pick up some last minute fresh foods, pork pies, coleslaw etc! Unfortunately the "Use by" dates were max 25th so pretty useless! At allocated time I joined the queue to collect the turkey, which was very organised and with just 10 people ahead and moving quickly! but just as I was third in line,everything stopped! No explanation or apologies and didn't resume for 25 minutes!! Finally it's my turn, I had ordered a turkey for 10-12 and was handed one for 6-10 and was charged accordingly, but it was not what I had ordered!! I'd had enough at this point, popped the turkey into a shopping bag and headed for the door!! But something made me stop and decide to check the turkey and thankfully I did, as to my horror, it had some very strange black spots across the breast...not something I'd seen before and definitely not right!! I returned to the pick up point, where a staff member (supervisor I think) checked it out and replaced it right away!! As I still needed food for Boxing day, the following morning (24th!) at 8:15am I am once again in your foodhall only to find that rather than the use by dates going forward to the 26th they had gone backwards and now showing a use by date of the 24th!!.. this is the morning of the 24th!? There seems to a problem with deliveries at the Sutton M&S, likely it's a feeling of it being too small to worry about! Thankfully all was not lost, as in the end, I managed to get everything I needed at Waitrose Banstead, which like M&S Sutton, is a small supermarket but unlike M&S, is with their customers in mind, efficiently run!!

Bought two gift hampers for family that live in England both arrived on time (even earlier than expected, I did prepare well in advance just in case) and they were happy to fix an error I made as well in the order, thanks guys ! Cheers.

Purchased the Whole Baked Pear, Pork & Stilton Pie for a Christmas buffet - Never Again!! We are regular shoppers at M&S Food Hall in Mumbles (pobably most days).We love the high quality and selection of food, as well as the excellent customer service we receive. However, although we felt that £15 was expensive, as it was Christmas, we bought the Whole Baked Pear, Pork and Stilton Pie for a Boxing Day buffet. What a disappointment! We opened the Pie to find a large, hard pear in the centre, with a very small amount of tasteless pork pie that had no flavour of Stilton whatsoever!

Your website is impossible to use. I'm currently unable to spend £179 on an M & S coat because your website seems to have been designed by someone who has never actually used the Internet. Amazon, however, is very user friendly, so I'll get my coat from there instead. Have you worked out why your business is on the brink on bankruptcy yet?

Marks Spencers BAN a innocent shopper for rewarding there staff for good customer service skills what is going on hey surprise they didn’t show that on the TV inside marks Spencers if that’s how they treat there customers that shopped there for over 20 yrs it’s more than sad there good name is ruined 😡 well done Moxhay Harris and Thomas yet Andy took £100 cash from the customer and said he donated it to charity and he is there Top leading manager lead by example

Marks and spencer Christmas dinner ruined. Bought turkey crown with stuffing, Marks and spencer changed my order but neglected to inform me that my reissued turkey had no stuffing and was tasteless. Rodney the reindeer pudding, was just a sloppy expensive puddle of ice cream! Never again Marks and spencers day light robbery, £200 wasted along with my disappointed family.

shopped at marks Spencer's for many years but when you read how the section manager and her girlfriend lied through there teeth to get a innocent man banned from there store is more than Disgusting and this would play on my mind forever more i wouldn't sleep at night but it very clear the two of them are as thick as thieves and to think she was jogging past his cottage after telling her General she felt anxious when he came in the store to just get his shopping and her husband was ringing her work to make sure she got in ok my god i think we all would feel like that when you persecute a innocent gentleman in the way they did but i also blame the HR department for allowing to very nasty people to do all of this under there roof yet had no evidence at all i just hope when they tuck in to there turkey dinner they are proud of what they did to a gentleman that was so kind they say your lies will cutch up with you sooner or later

d Do not order online, I ordered late November a special hamper for my son and his daughter [he is a lone parent, who cannot afford the extras to make christmas special]. The hamper was delivered 19th December, we had not had confirmation of this, because no answer, order was taken back to store. I phoned to enquire when the order would be re delivered only to be told, because it is a busy time of the year delivery will not be made. cannot express here how upset I was, no goodies for my son and grand daughter and not enough time to order else where. I will never use Marks and Spencer again for an online delivery. one very let down customer. Have there been anymore? Jayne Rielly

I've always bought fruit from M&S, no where else was a good. But the last 4 occasions I've bought apples and little easy peelers Clementines, they are awful. The apples have brown patches inside, and the Clementines are dry and tough, not worth the money when you throw them away. I'm going to try Waitrose instead.

I have to say when you read marks Spencers reviews it’s sad the way certain managers behave what the two managers did to that innocent man that had shopped there for as long as they had worked there and all there lies to say cruel and nasty would be an understatement and to think he never did them any harm at all his only crime was being to kind unlike mother and daughter

Worst lack of customer service ever, two hampers ordered to be delivered to two different people at a customer of mine in Friday, DPD driver decided not to deliver, I contacted customer service who cut me off after saying they would deal with and never called back, few hours later call from dpd saying they would call back , never did, today you deliver one of them and not other despite being under one shipment, to say I am annoyed is an understatement. I had an email last night offering full refund but when I reply says not a manned email address,

I bought a classic fruit salad, it was well within the use by date. But when I opened it at home within an hour of buying I was shocked by the poor quality. Brown apples, soggy melon and grapes. I did rescue some fruit but such a disappointment. If I'd had the time, I'd haven driven back snd returned it.

It was 18 months ago when this manager took my complement the wrong way and with her girlfriend not only got me banned from that store but even went as far as to send the police to my home with made up allegations which had no evidence at all my solicitor said to take action against them but as my friends say you won’t win with chavs and there advice was right as some of them work at the Torquay marks Spencers store so Nicola and Dawn when you sit down at night what you did to me was more than nasty you both have Histrionic issues

No delivery of my furniture yesterday 10th December after being told it would be with me between 15.30 and 17.30. I now have nothing to sit on! As it is Sunday I cannot talk to anyone until tomorrow 12th December it has already been delayed twice been waiting since September! Never again will I buy furniture! Shocking way to treat customers!

Just warmed up the new recipe pea and ham soup, the first flavour that hit me was garlic yuck! Why add garlic? No ham only peas. Won’t be buying that again.

The returns process used to be easy and straightforward with a pre-paid returns label included in the received order. It has now become a complicated process which doesn't inspire any confidence. It has put me off ordering from M&S again - shame as there are some lovely items

Placed order on 18th November, yet I still have not received it, despite several calls to their next to useless overseas call centre. I've also sent several emails, which have still not been replied to. I even received an email from their chosen courier 'EVRI', which was meant to go to M & S customer service, telling them to wait a further 10 days then just go through their claim system if their customer(me) hadn't received it. We're talking £625.00. Until M & S STOP using Evri, I will NOT be doing online shopping with them. I have spoken to many employees of M & S who all say they're having LOTS of complaints about their delivery service and their overseas customer service call centres. M & S, more stores will be closing if you don't change your way of operating, as you're certainly not caring about your customers. Definately get rid of EVRI and your overseas call centres as they are both damaging your brand. It's  disgusting how you're treating your customers!!!!
