I too complained about toilets being closed..received quick reply to say it was in line with government guidance.Nonsense-public toilets did not have to close this time so why should private ones? No chance to wash hands when one has gone down an alley! Were staff toilets closed?

I bought a pair of the 2020 mens cord trousers and am disappointed. I last year I bought four pair of these cords and was very pleased but this year you have reduced the circumference of the leg by 3cm thus as I move and particularly when I come to sit they pull down. Horrid. I am a Marks and Spencer fan !!!

I know that all stores need to be careful..but please remember all customers are different toilets are a necessity if people who have a bladder problem..They need toilets to be open especially while covid is around..there long queues .my wife and I had to leave the store in Longbridge. We had driven 45min to get there..we are regular customers ..there thousands of customers like us who you will find avoid you and go elsewhere toilets are an important factor when shopping..Mark my words you will lose customer during covid

Your men's cotton v neck sweaters are 1 size smaller than labelled and at least 30% thinner than previous iterations for virtually the same price. Will not buy again or recommend.

Ordered 'Tropical Sunrise Bouquet' to be delivered for a friends 89th Birthday. Late delivering, did not ring the door bell or leave a calling card, so she did not know they were there. When she eventually found them there was no message card, as was requested, in the box so she did not know who they were from. The flowers were ok but the delivery service poor.

The young lady at checkout was lovely and offered a great service in Elgin store. HOWEVER, it is unacceptable to be asking people for a donation to a charity at checkout (when you are unable to have charity boxes out). Some people already give to charities and do not need to be asked directly like this. When offered yet another free tote bag, that I declined as I have two. I suggested Marks and Spencers donate the cost of them to the charity instead as I'm quite sure it will mount up to more, be better for your declining reputation and stop awkward moments for poor members of staff having to ask customers face to face at checkout to donate. YOU donate the cost of those bags. Let people donate of their own accord, do not be asking people at checkout.

why open the cafe when there is only one member of staff making coffees, resulting in a very big queue. Also members of staff working on the floor in cafe and shop not wearing face masks. Definitely won't be using the cafe again.

Check all tags have been REMOVED !!!!!!!!! Bought clothing from you last September , one item a dress has been in the wardrobe for a year . I buy clothes and just put them in the wardrobes for when I decided to wear them. Took it out of wardrobe yesterday and found a tag , still attached. Why did the alarm never sound when I left the store ??? Sadly the dress has no use as I live abroad and have no M/S within a seven hour drive . I emailed the customer service and received a few lines of sympathy , the rest was a standard letter , no use to me at all, nor is the dress!! I have no receipt and can only prove I was in store and the amount spent via my bank details, which I will gladly make available to M/S, and them to send me a second receipt. I understand caution and have no problem with M/S , have always been a loyal customer as so many others. I took my dress to a military base to try , with a really strong magnet to Remove it ; that failed!! So much for these costly magnets 🧲 This is not all the fault of M/S but also mine, I should have checked for tags and in future I will do so !! I just want to know why the alarm never functioned and of course so disappointed !!!!! From abroad.

New store opened at Eclipse Park Maidstone. Well laid out, staff great. However, 1 till point on the ground floor and 2 upstairs. Long, long wait. Also not enough staff serving in the coffee shop. Need more staff on tills and coffee shop urgently.

I think the online shopping design is awful, when ordered a couple of items and a few more to consider, so placed them to save. When trying to have another look in the following day, you are unable to find those saved items after login. It is so difficult to use and to view the items you like to come back to.

Shocked to find a 25% price increase on some food items!! Cooked cold meat was £1 now £1.25. As a regular customer, I will no longer be encouraging these price rises and will take my custom elsewhere.

A lifetime shopper at M & S but the food department at The Gyle, Edinburgh, allowed couples in to shop together and you had to approach the food area by way of clothing/underwear, toiletries so people stopped to look and held up other people behind. No regulation of distancing by anyone - thought M & S would lead the way doing Covid19 but I am disappointed by their lack of care.

Why are M&S letting couples go shopping together even Home Bargains and Tesco are being brilliant and only let 1 at a time unless it is a child with an Adult Come on M& S your aisles aren't wide enough for social distancing with a couple and one person trying to avoid each other !!

Very poor quality clothes-cuff fastening on blouse broke on first trying on, material so thing you could see my bra underneath!! Also bought sandals the were very cheaply made-both being returned!! Won’t be purchasing again very disappointed as M&S used to be first place I’d shop for the high quality clothes-unfortunately not the case now!!

Marks & Spencer "premium food"..... RUBBISH!

The food is now second rate. They are closing much needed shops like Sutton Coldfield and Solihull just to get rid of old buildings. A lot of elderly people rely on their ready meals and are unable to travel to out of town superstores. The bottom line is the executives of M&S simply do not care about their customers. They may change their minds when customers shop elsewhere but they will only have themselves to blame.

15 minutes in line to buy an egg sandwich and a coffee and a further 15 minutes for a soup to be served to the table. Only two people behind the counter, this over lunch time which must be a busy period. Rest of the staff, if any, must have gone elsewhere for lunch. Mark and Spencer’s restaurant, Princes Street Edinburgh
