I absolutely love the cheese twists from m&s and I've never had a problem before but this time I was so disappointed to open a new twin pack to find not one or a couple but all of the cheese twists broken into pieces in both packets! :( I was a bit embarassed as I bought them for a friend to recommend them to.

I have been a customer for over 30 years I buy all my clothes from marks. This week I have been in 3 different stores and in all 3 I found the Staff unhelpful and they made me feel that I should not be asking for their help. Where are the smiling friendly staff gone? They were all miserable and unhelpful I am sorry to I left marks a bit depressed.

I used to buy all my clothes and shoes at M&S. I am a few inches under 5' and a size 6 in most items. Some of the petite range clothes used to fit me but that range no longer exists and there is a very poor selection of extra short size 6 items in the normal range. These are always too long and I have to pay to get them altered. The bras and some of the tops and cardigans do fit me but it is very difficult.

I wouldn’t want to calculate how much I have spent in M and S over the last 45 years, but it will be easy to count it up from now on. Their clothes are getting worse and worse. Frumpy old fashioned and boring and I’m 64! They seem to go for a few designs in tops and dresses and produce them endlessly so it’s the same thing but just in a different colour or pattern and the material is awful. They mustn’t be looking at their customer feedback or if they are they ignore it. I used to buy at least one item of clothing a week from M and S often more than that. I struggle to find anything to buy now. As for SPARKs it would be good to get something for cutomer loyalty - I think it’s the worst loyalty card. In the last three months there have been gaps of weeks between one set of offers ending and new ones being made available - I’m assuming they think they will save money by doing this. They won’t - it only annoys people. The staff have stopped asking people for their SPARKS card - so maybe it’s on the way out.

I have always been a marks and spencer clothes customer but since our local store relocated from the town centre to the retail park in Crewe it is abysmal it’s dark squashed and thoroughly awful who ever picks the merchandise to sell in store? Been in today to treat myself and came out empty handed loads of woolies but hardly any decent t shirts or tops please take note I am not on my own lots of ladies were complaining so restock with new merchandise if possible as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with the way the goods were packed, they were pushed into a bag that was way too small and arrived in as a creased mess and covered in bits of fluff out of the bag as the didn’t have a plastic bag inside the pack to protect them.l will be returning them as they just don’t feel clean to me.

Poor customer service, never enough people on tills, and no, I don’t want to use self service which always ends up with me waiting for an assistant because there’s an issue with an item. Staff often rude. Food on display that is out of date or “blown packaging because it hasn’t been kept cold enough in waiting bay out the back. A fair amount of food is tasty but a bit of a lottery when buying ready made meals especially the Balanced for You range. However the Chinese and Japanese range is nice. Clothes displays appalling and uninspiring.

I asked a colleague where to find the brown paper bags for and he scowled at me, sighed and walked away. I then realised they were by the side and I didn't spot them but the worker was so rude and I was quite upset by the ridiculous behaviour by this worker. This was at a service station near Dover, England. He was unnecessarily rude and I was extremely un impressed. Not happy and I'm not going to M&S food ever again. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Southern fried chicken . You need to review this meal and also update the quality of the chicken you use , even to the point of charging extra to improve quality , very poor ! I would happily pay more !

Had the worst 2 packs of (pork) BBQ ribs ever yesterday. They were part of a £10 Takeaway meal but were nothing but large bones in a a very sweet sauce! They were virtually devoid of any meat (but had some grizzle) and what little there was had a nasty flavour that is known as ‘boar taint’. Never again! I usually buy delicious rib racks from a certain German supermarket at half the price and will continue to do so.

I bought an m&s chicken pie recently. It wasn’t nice at all. What has happened? Pastry was not great -soft & filling was worse. Also in the same range they do a Steak pie & a chicken, ham & leak one. As soon as you add ham - people who don’t eat red meat can’t eat it. Waitrose pies much better.

I bought a Chicken Korma and Pilau Rice meal for one and Tandori Nan. It was tasteless, the chicken was tough, it was watery not creamy and all I could taste was - salt - very disappointing and I won’t be buying this again. Also the Nan was hard and salty. I used to really love M&S food but I must say Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda do a much better job. You need to step up your game M&S maybe that’s why you’re not doing so well!!

M&S "Made Without Wheat" Blueberry Muffins were sold in packs of 2 and were delicious. I can eat wheat but bought these light tasty muffins regularly as they were so good. Now they have been replaced with a pack of 4 smaller blueberry muffins, bought them yesterday, they are dry and tasteless, won't buy again. How disappointing. Why does M&S do this so frequently, change a perfectly good product for an inferior one.
