“Omg .Just had the best ever culinary experience in my life ( not joking ) My partner treated me to the 20 pounds Mothers Day meal for two.Had It on Saturday as we are going out for a meal tomorrow. We chose the slow cooked beef in the most amazing gravy , roast potatoes that tasted like mumma used to make , the cheesy cauli/ broccoli bake and the green Veg that felt like it was picked fresh today . OUTSTANDING, FLAVOURSOME, TENDER , FABULOUS...I could go on .Would have this every day if I could and quite frankly, would rather have this than go out to dine as it's usually a disappointment.This combo would never do that .Didn't want the meal to end , and that's a very rare occurrence.Thank you Marks ♥️”

“I was very impressed by the help I got from 3 ladies at M and S Chesterfield on Thursday 13th March last week. A manager called Lizzie, Rachel and Kirstie at the till. They went to a lot of trouble to provide me with a refund for a credit note I had which had become damaged and almost unreadable. I'm very grateful Anne Pearson”

“I have been an avid buyer of M&S underwear (as well as food) for years. Last week, armed with my voucher I was bought as a present, I popped into M&S (in Sutton Surrey) to purchase some new underwear. Despite being, what appeared to be short staffed, Kamal (from lingerie) was a stand out member of your staff. Although all other staff at the pay counter were also friendly, welcoming & wanted to assist. With my specific request for assistance- Kamal listened to my requirements with patience Then armed with this assisted perfectly, while remaining professional, friendly & lighthearted. I left M&S in Sutton, with my faith that excellent customer service was still alive!”

“I stupidly tumbled whilst getting off the escalator with heavy bags on Tuesday 11th Feb. A quick thinking man pressed the emergency button and staff rushed over. Everyone treated me with kindness and consideration in spite of being a lady in her seventies. I should particularly like to thank Aston who walked me to our car ensuring first I was OK to leave the store. A delightful young woman who made me feel better in no time. The only injury I have is a grazed and bruised elbow. I was lucky. Thanks to all.”

“My wife and I shop at M 7 S Simply food Bath road once or twice a month. When we have shopped there the staff have always been very helpful and polite. We would like to name Sashi,Baljit and Martin for being extremly helpful and polite makin it a pleasure to shop at your store. Kind regards MR. & Mrs.D. Lansdell.”

“Marks & Spencer's product Tumeric and ginger Honey is priceless - I originally purchased it for a cancer survivor. having been in remission for 2 decades, I then discovered that honey and tumeric is also recommended as a treatment for GERD/GORD - oseophagitis (alongside other natural remedies) - it is an expensive alternative to the honey and tumeric chewable tablets (£37.99). I never shop in M&S now as a minority of the staff are so impolite - similar to Waitrose - the customer service has gone downhill in both - such as shame you both used to beacons of politeness - the sign of the times - I wish you all the best.”

“Went into M&S at the Trafford Centre, Manchester today and was “blown away” with the low prices of really stylish and well made clothing for men, women and Children. The store layout was superb, easy to navigate and used the ‘super clean and fresh’ loos and cafeteria too! Went into the food sales area to finish and the bakery was so good and the really fantastic choice of many different food items astounded me! “I’ll be back””

“I have always been happy with marks and spencer customer service. They have always been helpful until you get what you want ...I am talking about the food hall ....and specially one member of staff in Marks and Spencer lakeside in thurrock called Parwinder ...who is always smiling...each time I passed by. ..and that she is always there if I needed any help ...it is so nice to still find people like her taking care of their customers ...”

“I went for a bra fitting today at westfields i was very happy with the service, the lady was Asian, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, easy to talk to, explained why and what bra's was suitable for me she went the extra mile and an asset to m/s smiling all the time very good customer service I would recommend family and friends the service is free thats a bonus thank you”
