“Outstanding service, Our washing m/c went wrong, I contacted Marks electrical after searching the Internet for best price replacement and was offered next day delivery. Free!!! Delivery team turned up on time, great guys placed my m/c into our utility room & removed our broken m/c . Excellent service. They will have my future business.”

“Fantastic service, great price. Ordered a new fridge freezer to replace my faulty one. Placed order at 4.30pm. Delivered next day at 7.20 am. Very helpful & friendly delivery guys.”

“I needed an oven quickly. I found the one I wanted and Marks electrical was the best price, couldn’t believe next day delivery was free so jumped on the chat function. The lady checked it would definitely be next day and 18 hours later it was in my house. Had update texts and a phone call from the driver who was a really nice guy. Perfect purchase from start to finish, will definitely be back to buy more.”

“Poor delivery service, but was refunded the delivery First delivery was unsuccessful as they couldn't deliver within the stated 2 hour window (I waited almost an hour after the window), which isn't so bad as delivery was rescheduled but not until the following week. The second delivery was, however, inadequate. All they did was drop off the cooker in my hallway right next to door, still wrapped, no where near the kitchen and quickly went off down the road before my plasterers could get them. It was true that the oven wouldn't fit round into the kitchen will all the packaging, however it would have done without the packaging (which the website claims they would do, if doesn't fit with the packaging) The "solution" I was given after ringing was a delivery refund, but that hasn't solved my problem of actually getting my cooker into my kitchen. Plus I'm also left with all of the packaging to deal with now. 2 stars as they issued a delivery refund, would have been more if they actually rectified the problem. The cooker looks great though, not that that's useful though”

“I cannot praise Marks Electrical enough. Ordered on Saturday and delivered in Canterbury by 9.15 Sunday morning. Spoke to Edmond and ordered oven and then two helpful men delivered and took old oven away. First class service, would definitely use again and recommend to people.”

“We ordered a new Fridge Freezer 4pm on Saturday, and by 9.15am Sunday morning delivered, installed, packaging taken away along with recycling our old freezer. First class service from ordering through to delivery. Very impressive, we thought we would wait weeks. Well done Marks Electrical - we will be back.”

“Absolutely fantastic website to use for purchase of electrical appliances. Tenants washing machine broke on Thursday and i placed an order Thursday evening and appliance delivered Saturday morning with free delivery and the cheapest of the web. smooth transaction and Marks Electrical kept me informed on delivery. Called and spoke to a very friendly helpful lady regarding a delivery query i had. thank you so much for a easy transaction.”

“Ordered a new tumble dryer on Thursday 30 Sept and it was delivered at 07.00 on Saturday 2 Oct. Leicester to North Somerset .Just two days start to finish! Lads unpacked the dryer in their wagon and brought it into the kitchen where it was set up and ready to go in five minutes. Old appliance loaded up and away they went. Dryer was priced competitively. Good service all round. Delivery lads polite and business like. Hope they managed to get some diesel to get home! Thank you Marks Electrical.”

“great company so far ordered a electric oven from them delivered next day no problems what so ever arrived on time plus also got 25% off whats not to like searched the big sites for this oven £249 was the average but got it for less than £200 so happy days for us so far oven is great would recommend to family and friends”

“It's hard to find a single oven cooker. Old knees won't let me get down to clean an oven near to the floor. Found one on Marks Electrical's website and it was delivered on the day I requested, and earlier than time slot, all packaging removed and old cooker removed for recycling by a nice, friendly guy. To say I'm chuffed to bits is an understatement! Well done Marks Electrical.”

“Searched the normal big shops. It if stock or cant deliver for 10 to 14 days. I've seen Mark's Electicals before but always bought from the the big firms. Well not any more . I ordered a beko dishwasher on the Saturday afternoon and it was delivered at 07.14 the next morning. Couldn't believe it. What's more the delivery drivers were very polite a d smartly attired in uniform .The van was well kept a d well sign written not a battered old van. What's more they were the cheapest. Cant recommend them enough. 1st port of call from now on.”
