I purchased an American Freezer which was excellent value for money and was delighted with the product and service I received. The delivery guys were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for them. As a family this is the fourth item we have purchased and will certainly be using Marks again when we need any new appliances. Thanks for a great service.

Very straightforward and simple to order. Delivery advices very good. Text on the morning of delivery and van turned up on time ( well a minute early to be precise) very efficient and friendly staff. Perfect really !!!!!!!!

Ordered on Saturday, delivered 09.00 Monday morning by the most helpful, cheerful and friendly team of 2. Can not fault any part of the service, washing machine now installed for farm and horse clothes washing. Totally recommend outstanding firm

Excellent service. After waiting six weeks for Domestic and General to get me a new machine, I telephoned Marks and a new one was delivered in less than 24 hrs. Aaron was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Marks. Have posted a message to friends on Facebook advising them to use your company.

I had a terrible experience with this company recently. They missed the delivery of my washer dryer (I live in central London), so I called them up to discuss options. The customer service lady Amy was rude and defensive about the company's failure, and upon finding nothing suitable, I asked to cancel my order. 5 minutes later I change my mind and reached Amy again, and asked her to undo the cancellation and pencil in a redelivery. It turns out this was ignored too. I have never had a company service representative carry out a petty "screw over", but I've had it. This company won't be getting my business any more.

Ordered online as the best price for the model of american style fridge freezer i wanted . I did also ring to confirm the order and delivery . All aspects were easy, efficient and the 2 man delivery was excellent.

I had bought a dryer a while back from Marks Electrical, and had been very impressed with the price and the service. This time I was looking for a Miele vacuum cleaner, and Marks Electrical again had the best price. Communication about delivery was excellent, and it was delivered on time. I am very impressed, and recommend this company to my friends.

Very easy to order on website. Chose the delivery day but was waiting for text to arrive the night before to let us know the time slot. Text did not come through but email confirmed delivery slot the next day. Delivery was an hour later due to breakdown of van. Very pleased with the product and looks great.

Marks Electrical were very efficient in e-mailing confirmation and expected delivery dates from manufacturer and when received into their warehouse offered next day delivery, despite it being 17.00hrs. Full marks to Marks however experience marred by Neff who took 7 weeks to supply the oven - which has a fault.

Used your Company 15 months ago to upgrade our gas hob. We were delighted with the service and decided to use you again when replacing our worn out Hotpoint Aquarius washing machine. Once again amazing service-ordered on line one day and delivered at stated time the next. Couldn't be better. This is customer service at its best. Thank you.

I've bought two products from Marks Electrical in the last month. Brilliant, no hassle ordering - each time I spoke to a sales person rather than ordering on-line. 'In stock' means 'in stock'. Delivery was bang on. Text came through at 7.30 pm the evening before giving me my delivery slot for the following. Half an hour before arriving the delivery chaps phoned to let me know. Both deliveries were carried out by friendly and competent people. Can't fault them. Oh, and the oven and fridge freezer were superb too!

Excellent service fridge/freezer went wrong looked online chose a new one and ordered it Friday new one delivered Sunday so easy no hassle so glad I chose Marks Electric BRILLIANT Thank You
