Brilliant customer service. Ordered a washing machine at a much better price than Currys. Placed the order at 15.00 hours on Friday, delivered at 06.50 on Saturday in Warrington. No surcharge for Saturday delivery. Phone call prior to delivery to advise of pending arrival. Old machine and packaging taken away. Brilliant value for money with outstanding customer service.

Had new fridge freezer delivery today. Excellent customer service also was good to be able to choose my own delivery date at checkout. Everything with this company is top notch service and highly recommended.

The first time I have ordered from this company, but was impressed with the service received. Order was placed online and I was kept informed of delivery date and time. A very pleasant delivery driver who phoned when he was 15 minutes away. Fantastic service and reasonable price.

I am extremely pleased with all aspects of mark's electrical from ordering to delivery can't fault anything I will certainly be using this company in the future if I could I would rate 5+stars excellent all round I would recommend 100%well done

Chris in Sales was very helpful and then arranged my cooker delivery to suit us. Mark, who made the delivery to Norfolk, was again very helpful and pleasant, on time & made sure we were very happy with the delivery. Price was cheapest as well! Thanks for such an excellent service!

Can not fault this company. We have now purchased x5 appliances from Mark's over the years ranging from washing machines, dish washer, tumble dryer and a fridge freezer. Every purchase was competitively priced, with a simple, easy order process and a great choice of delivery slots (including Saturday and Sunday at no extra cost too). Emailed me updates and even contacted me via text the night before our chosen delivery date to give us a more accurate time range. Our delivery was advised between 8am - 10am. Driver called me at 8:10am to say he was 15minutes away and then arrived as advised, friendly, courteous and wheeled appliance into our chosen room without question or issue. Just so nice to find a Company that does exactly what they promise to do and will always be our first point of call in the future.

This is the second time I've bought and had delivered an appliance from marks electrical and both times the service has been excellent" the drivers on both occasions were curtious and helpful. They also arrived at the exact minute they said they would and also rang exactly half hour before they arrived, like they said they would. Also the prices were the lowest among all the retailers I looked at. So thanks very much

Disgusting behaviour and awful service Driver made inappropriate comments to my partner as well as other issues. Avoid. Ordered a washing machine, 3 weeks of saying its due in any day i give up and order a different one. A week later it is due for delivery between a 2 hour slot. The driver then harasses me via calls text and voicemail an hour before and then says he isnt waiting a minute past the start of the delivery window, which was fine. Next thing my girlfriend is calling in tears saying he has made inappropriate comments and then asked if he could come in for dinner. My partner has aspergers and this is absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Things are ok if there are no problems. If you have a problem Marks Electrical do not care. I bought a fridge/freezer with had 2 faults on from day one. After trying to get the manufacturer to repair for 8 months I formally complained to Marks Electrical who ignored my letter. When I spoke to customer services they informed me of what I needed to do to get a refund from the manufacturer! They then failed to pick the faulty item up. Customer Services lied twice about why they did not pick it up and said it was my fault! Eventually got it sorted. Will never use again and nor will any of my friends or family. Customer Services are a disgrace.

Terrible customer service. They delivered a fridge that turned out to be faulty from the start. Then lied about contacting the manufacturer, Who they say needed to confirm it was faulty. I had to take matters into my own hands. The manufacturer confirmed that nobody from Mark Electrical had notified them of a fault. 5 weeks later I still have a faulty product sat in my house whilst they tell me that a replacement is now on back order! After 5 calls to Marks Electrical and 6 calls to Samsung, I finally got the manufacturer to sort it out! New fridge on its way in 10 more days That’s 6 weeks to sort out being delivered a faulty product. Simply discussing! DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY!

Do not trust this website, you may receive a faulty goods, and hardly to get it to be refunded. There too many option for online shopping, for example www.ao.com, but definitely DO NOT SHOP FROM Marks Electrical Ltd
