“Our heavy item was delivered as per original confirmation on day of order, communication for time slot was excellent and delivered within the 2 hour delivery slot. The two delivery lad's Ian and Steven were very polite, very careful with the item and the door frames ect they put the item exactly where we wanted it placed I would certainly be happy recommend the store to anyone thinking of using them”

“The staff were polite, responsive and a very professional outfit. I ordered the wrong cooker and they moved heaven and earth to get the correct one and still get it delivered on time. Delivery driver called me 30 minutes before arriving which was ahead of schedule. Outstanding & I'd recommend them to anyone”

“Great price, great communications, free delivery, prompt and exactly on time. The Samsung fridge freezer was top of the range and expected it to be pristine, other companies could not match the price, nor delivery for 4 weeks! Needed this before Christmas, it arrived early on 23rd in the pristine condition I expected it, our delivery guy took the packaging off and brought it safely in to position, it was rather large over 2m on the truck coming through the house. We were texted and phoned to be kept informed of delivery, we took a chance on Marks Electrical as we are nearer London than Leicester, but have been totally happy so far, now it's up to the fridge freezer to perform too... Thanks to their driver too, he did a great job!”

“I was sweating on getting a new Stoves built under double gas oven delivered and installed before christmas with vistors coming. Ordered on 15th delivered exactly as promised on the 19th, it is now fully operational;. I cant thank you enough for your prompt and excellent service.”

“On Saturday evening we discovered that our freezer had failed sometime during the week and most of the contents were defrosted. All the guaranteed next day delivery companies couldn't deliver until Wednesday at the earliest. Marks Electrical was our next stop, they had the freezer we wanted at significantly less than other suppliers who may be associated with Vowels! They also had it in stock for collection unlike every other company we had tried. Early doors on Sunday we drove to the main warehouse in Leicester to collect our order, the staff were brilliant and extremely helpful we were in and out in under ten minutes. The warehouseman even loaded the freezer into our car Volvo V50. I had measured the dimensions before ordering and had brought rope to tie down the boot lid as it should have been too long! Once he had worked his magic to fitted, just and we left with the boot closed. The freezer is installed and although the lost food was less than our insurance excess, the whole pain of the incident was eased by the ease of ordering, friendly service and efficiency in obtaining a replacement. Thank you, and we hope you all have a great Christmas.”
