“James Tester at Portsmouth delivered a first class service. Accommodating, no nonsense, helpful at explaining all of the options, patient with my decision making, nothing was too much trouble ! Couldn’t have been more different than Sandown Motors !! Thanks James and Marshall Group .”

“We met Reece at Nissan motor park he made us feel very comfortable and we liked that he listened to what we wanted he thoroughly explained everything from start to finish telling us what we would get and when we used VW before and we wasn’t made to feel important or comfortable as we did with Reece once we left he kept us informed for the next couple of months and when we went to collect our car he spent quite a bit of time explaining how everything worked in the car and the best way to use it we listened because he explained it without any technical jargon that we wouldn’t of understood he is a credit to Nissan and to the Motability scheme thank you for an excellent service from Reece at Nissan”

“The sales and service staff at Marshall Land Rover Newbury are excellent people and it is always a joy to return for a friendly welcome and generous hospitality knowing that my Range Rover is in safe hands. Their communication is first class and they definitely have an ethos of putting the customer at the forefront of everything they do. I wish every company had the same values and ethical standards. “I have been driving for 50 years and I have never had such have exceptional service as this from the time I arrived to have my car serviced I was welcomed and the and hospitality was second to none my car was returned to me fully serviced and MOTd in fully cleaned condition and fully hoovered inside A big thank you to you all at Marshalls Oxford you are a credit to Jaguar cars see you next year”

“Arrangements to pick up new car and transfer all documents from part ex vehicle were exceptional. Charlie and James very professional and courteous in all aspects. Very happy with the service received from all the staff at Marshall’s Lincoln. Will continue to use this garage for all our car dealings in the future. Coffee also very good.”

“From start to finish, these guys were supportive and very willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble. The car, even though it is 10 years old and has 100,000kms up, looks and runs like "brand new". Thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.”

“I have just taken delivery of a Jaguar E Pace, the car is just over 3 years old but it both looks like new and I was treated like I was buying a brand new car. “Just bought a Jaguar XJ50 from Marshall Jaguar in Peterborough. Well, actually I bought it from Billy McManus, the sales executive! I say that because he is the one who convinced me. He has been exceptionally open and honest, knowledgeable, fast to respond to any queries and a great credit to both Marshall and Jaguar. Billy inspires confidence that you buy the right car from the right dealership: I hope he gets a pay rise in his next review and speedy promotion. Having bought my own cars for over 50 years, I can state that I have met few sales executives of his quality. If the car is half as good as he is when it is delivered I will have bought a real gem.”

“Purchased a new Skoda Fabia and traded in my old car (Also a Fabia). The whole process was flawless from start to finish. The salesman was professional, knowledgble and easy to deal with. Marshall's kept us well communicated at every stage and did exactly as promised. Having dealt with Marshall's Skoda, Croydon before I can personally say that customer service is first class on every occasion, not just this once.”
