Resorted to Messaging them on facebook, received a message from them saying that my refund is on its way. I'm still waiting. I will never ever shop with Martildo. We are sorry for the issues you have been having with this order which I understand was returned for an exchange. Unfortunately as advised by our customer service agent the size requested is presently out of stock so we can either wait for further stock or alternatively we can of course issue a full refund. I can only apologise for the issues faced in relation to contacting us, we reply to most emails within 24 hours and we do not presently offer a telephone support service because having trialled this in the past most customers were happy to revert to email and this ensures that we can keep our prices low.

Martildo Fashion have now rectified my issue and finally given me my refund over 20 days and continuous messaginglater. They have requested that I now update my review so I have now given them 2 stars as I still find the way they have dealt with my issue unacceptable so I am sorry Martildo Fashion if this review is not what you expected perhaps you need to tell the truth on your website with regard to the appalling way you deal with returns. I wouldn't purchase anything from this company again!!”

“Dress ordered end August, returned on 1 September as it did not fit. By 9 September still no refund so emailed them. They replied saying refund was being processed. By 21 September still no refund but I received an email from PayPal saying refund had not been processed successfully. Have emailed them twice since with this information but no reply.
