“I am pleased with my chair yet feel I really don’t understand how to fully use it to it’s fullest capacity. I have a Jin 2.0” Would very much like Luis to call me & walk me thru the process of using the remote, at his convenience. I know there is a time difference, I’m in Florida. 3:00 my time would be fantastic My phone number is 386 290 0177 , should he call to set a time. “Very knowledgeable and helpful in the process of deciding which chair to buy. They provided good feedback during the intervening delivery time as to the estimated delivery date when delays at the Port of Los Angeles/Long Beach became a concern. Lastly, the delivery and set up was excellent. I would use their services again or recommend them to anyone who is interested in a purchase in the future without reservation.”

“This review is definitely unique. I was ready to add a 1 star review, but have 5 stars here and would probably do 10 if there was an option. The buying process was seamless and excellent. Adam and Tanner helped answering all questions. But trouble happened with delivery - however I found out it was due to NY state covid restrictions of white glove service not available in our area. However, Adam stayed with me over email and phone to ensure I could get the chair setup right. It was an excellent chair, but we had some issues given I had a bad back. Here is where Adam and Tanner went above and beyond. There were different issues with the freight company and manufacturer, but Adam ensure that I was updated regularly and eventually we got our full refund. I have worked with other massage chair distributors and this was the best experience. Once I can fix my back, I will come back and purchase a chair only from these guys. Keep up the excellent customer service.”

“I am getting used to this chair. I wish I could have tried others at the showroom. Louis said the chair would come completely assembled. However the legs part was in a separate bag. My daughter figured out how to assemble it.”

“I live in Alaska and most companies that I have ordered from act like It is from a distant planet; very remote and hard to reach. So to say I was pleasantly surprised that my order from your company came in a very timely manner and the delivery man was very pleasant. I have not had the chair long enough to give an honest answer but to say the least it has been able to reach areas of my body that I didn’t even know existed, and constantly amazes me on the ingenuity of the person(s) who invented a chair that the one using it can easily think it is alive”
