“We went to Massage Chair Planet looking for a nice, affordable assuage therapy option. Tanner showed us all of their chairs and explained the features of each one. He was patient, and allowed us to go back and forth trying out our top picks numerous times. He did not make us feel pressured and was respectful. Great experience there! My only reservation is with the delivery crew. We paid $179 dollars for white glove delivery and setup, but they were unable to get it into the requested room due to the base being too big. I was not present, my husband was there. So they just put it in the livingroom. I understand that the base wouldn't fit upright, but if turned in it's side, it would have easily fit and we wouldn't have wasted our money. None the less, this doesn't change my experience with Massage Chair Planet. Tanner was awesome!”

“I am so thankful that I came across the Massage Chair Planet website! Finding a massage chair that is the right fit for me was no easy task with so many chairs to choose from on the market. Once I compared them all, I decided on a brand and model and set out to find an online merchant where I could make my purchase. Among all of the online businesses that I found, Massage Chair Planet was a standout. Their website is easy to navigate, the selection is vast and product information is easily obtained. Pricing seemed standard across the board, but merchant reputation varied widely. MCP, accredited with BBB.org since 2016, has an A+ rating and zero complaints registered to their business. Impressive. Tanner was incredibly helpful to me through the entire purchasing process by listening, answering questions, and making recommendations based on what we discussed. He never once rushed our conversation or engaged in a “hard sell.” Tanner was professional, yet friendly, and provided me with the facts needed to make an informed purchase decision. Ironically enough, I decided to purchase a totally different chair after Tanner brought it, and its unique features that would better suit my needs, to my attention. As far as a price point goes, the chair I ultimately purchased on Tanner’s recommendation was the same price as the chair I had originally intended to purchase. Added benefits to my purchase included free white glove delivery and a 90 day, risk-free trial voucher. This voucher was incredibly important to me because where I live there are very few brick and mortar businesses that carry massage chairs, and none carried the chair I was interested in purchasing. If, for some reason, the chair I bought does not work for me, with this voucher I can send it back without incurring hundreds of dollars in shipping costs. I am hoping I do not need to use the voucher but having it available to me puts my mind at ease since I placed the order for my massage chair sight unseen. I highly recommend Massage Chair Planet based on their high quality of customer service, comprehensive website, wide selection of products and outstanding e-commerce reputation.”

“Tanner was verypatient and explained to me the differences between each of the massage chairs to determine which would be a good fit for me and my husband. He answered all the specific questions I asked of him. He was extremely knowledgeable of the different products and provided great advice. Would highly recommend him if anyone is interested in a massage chair.”

“Great online videos to explain the features of the chairs I considered. Once I called, I had professional, knowledgeable interactions with Luis. Even thought the chair I purchased was same priced at other sellers, Luis' service and the airfare stipend finalized my decision to buy from Massage Chair Planet. I’ve had the chair now for about three weeks. It was delivered expertly and setup exactly where I asked. The delivery date was spot on from what the website initially showed. My wife and I are very satisfied with our Human Touch Novo XT2. It does all the videos say and show and is a nice looking piece in our home.”

“The Osaki 4D Escape has been wonderful in the short time that we've owned it. Numerous friends and family have made their way over to try it out and have fallen in love with it. The foot/toe massagers are crazy good as your foot is fully immersed. I wear a size 12 shoe and do not believe that any larger of foot would be very comfortable. There is serious compression from the airbags in all areas. The purchase of the chair was smooth and painless working with Ed. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind in answering my questions. I called and spoke with Ed and other workers on several occasions while waiting for the shipment which arrived approximately one week earlier than had been estimated. The white glove service was offered but not accepted. The chair was not easy to move as it was around 300 lbs and luckily for me I have a ranch home so I was able to muster the strength to get it inside. I would definitely recommend the white glove service and allow it to be put together by someone if possible. All in all, I would recommend Massage Chair Planet for their patience and kindness. These chair are not a small purchase (financially or physically) and I believe that Ed and the other workers answered all questions with professionalism.”
