“I went to Massage Envy in Lexington. Moonsun was my girl, She was sweet and very professional. I’ve had facials before and my face would feel AMAZING afterwards but after this facial it felt like before. I was sad because my facial was $145 and $20 tip, total $165. I definitely don’t think it was worth it. I don’t work and spending my money on something like this means a lot to me and I wish I would have had better results. I just honestly think for that amount of money for a facial your face should be flawless, moisturized and refreshed. I also don’t like where they try to get you to sign a monthly contract. I’m having to get another facial in two weeks but a different company and I will update this review. To tell you the difference between this company and another local company. I shouldn’t have to get another facial two weeks from this one but my face needs a better facial.”

“I've been a member for a number of years. I did not receive a reminder for my session today via text or phone. They are saying there was an outbound call. The call did not go through; however, their policy is as long as there is a call. I am out of 1.5 service hours. In the past year, they lost the aesthetician as well as the young lady who specializes in stretching. They canceled all of my appointments and I had no recourse. It seems the policies work to Massage Envy's advantage and not the customer.”

“I called to inform the staff that my husband tested positive for flu to make sure they were comfortable with me coming in. They said they were not. At that time, they also went ahead and charged me a full credit for being a good human and letting them know The situation.”

“I was giving a couples massage as a Christmas gift. I could not use it for a few months due to my current health issues. When I called to schedule the appointment a few months later, I was told the deal was no longer active, that it expired December 31. (Promoted for the holiday) I had to go through corporate to get them to honor my gift card. When we finally went, calling was horrible, no customer service skills, and I was told they they do not have the capability of to do couples massages. The highly overweight massage lady fell asleep while giving me my massage. Touched my feet for 30 seconds, never did my lower back after I told her to make that a target area, never touched my face or head, and then tell me my back is so tight, I need to make more appointments before they can really make a difference. lol I’m African American with shoulder length hair, never massage my scalp, I guess she thought I had tracks. Crazy. This was not my first massage but it was my worse one. Will not be going back to ME again.”

“Canton location - had a gift certificate for $100 as a birthday day gift. I have a massage place so I decided to get a 60 minute facial as advertised for $80 - turns out to be more of 35 minutes (in and out door after filling out paperwork and getting undressed and dressed in 55 minutes). It felt good but def lacked time and completion - disappointed and will not return. Also advised if I didn’t join the membership - the next appt facial would cost $130 - Never!!!”

“I feel the therapist there need a little more clinical training. Although you fill out a paper about the areas you would like treated or have concerns about they really did not attend to the areas specified. Scott, however, did a better job at trying to meet my massage needs. I feel like I did give a few therapists second chance, but still was unsatisfied. However, the therapist, Jennifer at the Tinley Park location did. I felt bad that she actually spent additional time with me talking about my issues and previous injuries and needs. I would have tipped her more than the extra five dollars, but I planned on just tipping her the minimal like I have done with the other ones. It was the best massage I ever have had and I immediately booked a second appointment and will end my commitment with the Tinley Park location. They are not kidding when your massage includes 5-10 minutes consultation… which was just time getting undressed, and getting under the sheet before your massage, begins and ends about five minutes before the hour.”

“It was 10 minutes short of a hour. The massage therapist was average at best and seemed hurried. Whatever they use for massage cream/oil caused skin and body hair to pull. Was really looking forward to the massage but it fell significantly short. I’d recommend going elsewhere.”
