“Brilliant clippers and also bought the comb guides. I have a Newfoundland and the clippers went through her coat with ease. Bought scissors too, equally brilliant. I contacted the help centre too and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t fault these products and sales service. Would would highly recommend.”

“Purchased the rechargeable clippers for my Cockerpoo after using other brands (including Wahl) that would not cut through her wavy hair. Two batteries supplied that charge in about 2 hours each, but only needed one to complete the task and still had charge remaining. The metal comb guides are much better than other brands plastic versions. The clippers glided through her coat, (after a bath, towel dry and brush the previous day). Used the recommended can spray lubricant every 5 minutes to keep clippers cool and well oiled. The result was very good. I did hit a few tangles which slowed progress, but brushed them out or cut through with scissors. The clipper set was not cheap, but then cheaper versions have not worked or previously broke, and the set looks professional stored in a metal case. The video I watched which shows the clippers in action made them sound very loud, but are in fact pretty quiet. On the whole a great purchase, which I am very pleased with.”

“The lady I spoke to was so helpful. I had a problem with the little clippers I brought earlier in the year. She quickly helped me sort out the issue and sent me a replacement blade which arrived within 3 days. Super lovely and helpful”

“I bought the clippers a while ago, but used them for the first time yesterday. Very easy to use.(watched you tube to find out how to do a few things) nice long lead, well made and sturdy. Perfect for me and I am a total novice, grooming my two hooligans myself!”

“These are serious clippers - strong, sturdy and in a smart case. Very effective in use - effortless clipping with very sharp blades. Came ready charged and it clipped two border collies without a problem, and neither dogs nor clippers made a lot of noise. A good investment, saving loads in grooming fees.”
