“Extremely poor customer service. Did not show up in requested timeframe; then showed up at the wrong time. We asked six times what we needed to do for the refund. Told we didn’t have to do anything but go to Costco for refund only to be told by Costco WE needed to call Reverie to complete the refund. Reverie finally fixed the problem for us. They apologized for LoadUp’s horrible behavior.”

“Very disappointed in with the four hour window given to pick up the mattress. I specifically set the time for pick up from 8:00-12:00 because no one was going to be home after that. They finally arrived at 7:00 pm to pick my items up. This was after they called several times to say they would be there within the hour, we’ll 7 hours later they finally arrive. We also had to carry the mattress and box spring outside ourselves because no one was going to be home, so we essentially did most of the work for them.”

“It’s a good service. However, the boys that removed my mattresses and box springs informed me that I only paid to have 2 box springs removed. Common sense should tell these kids and your online service that when someone pays to have a king and queen bed removed that equals 3 box springs. When you are moving and have deadlines to be out it’s difficult to remember everything. Change your algorithm to automatically put in 2 Springs for a king size bed.”

“My "poor" rating is based on my experience with Mattress Disposal's pick up scheduling. No one showed up to the first 4 hour window I requested and when I called I was told initially that their driver was very delayed. I got a call an hour later saying that due to a personal emergency the driver wouldn't be able to make it all. Understandable, things happen. However, I requested a new pick up date, was told that they would have to call me back to confirm after they'd spoken to their dispatch team. I never heard back, and when I called to confirm I was given a new, entirely different, pick up time and date. Ultimately, third time was a charm and their drivers showed up, communicated their arrival time very well, and were very polite. So all in all, it could have been a better experience without the scheduling hiccups.”
