“Poor communication from the associates. Pickup time was missed and if the associates had just agreeded to give me the phone number for the driver it would have saved me time and headaches.”

“Wow, Mattress Disposal Plus was so easy! I booked my appointment, got a confirmation, and when the day arrived, it was so easy! The guys that helped out were in and out in less than 10 minutes (I only had two items). Overall a great service, and will definitely use again in the future!”

“Load Up company took nearly 2 hours to arrive after they called. Three men showed up to pick up the mattress set in a pick up truck. One complaint is that one of the guys went into my personal bathroom (which the door was closed) used it without permission. I know this because upon them leaving I went to my bathroom to discover the seat was wet and a bottle of cleaning supply was turned over. To answer the following questions: I couldn't communicate directly with the company, I did not have a number or email. This pick up was scheduled through the company I had purchased the mattresses from. The company I purchased the mattress set from (Big Fig) scheduled my pick up. I received and email from LOAD UP confirming the pick up for the day and time I agreed. The company never showed on the agreed scheduled day and time. I called (Big Fig) to find out the company wasn't coming. Load up company told Big Fig that they had tried to get in touch with me by texting me (my number doesnt have texting) that they left me a voice message, and sent me an email to reschedule the appt. None of which happened. I received the original confirmation email and that was all. Would I recommend Load Up company? No, not based on my experience with them before the actual pick up and when they did show up by using my bathroom without permission.”

“The pick up was efficient and folks were friendly. I would have appreciated a proactive call on the delay (due to a tire blowout) such that I could have adjusted plan accordingly.”

“Extremely poor customer service. Did not show up in requested timeframe; then showed up at the wrong time. We asked six times what we needed to do for the refund. Told we didn’t have to do anything but go to Costco for refund only to be told by Costco WE needed to call Reverie to complete the refund. Reverie finally fixed the problem for us. They apologized for LoadUp’s horrible behavior.”

“Very disappointed in with the four hour window given to pick up the mattress. I specifically set the time for pick up from 8:00-12:00 because no one was going to be home after that. They finally arrived at 7:00 pm to pick my items up. This was after they called several times to say they would be there within the hour, we’ll 7 hours later they finally arrive. We also had to carry the mattress and box spring outside ourselves because no one was going to be home, so we essentially did most of the work for them.”

“It’s a good service. However, the boys that removed my mattresses and box springs informed me that I only paid to have 2 box springs removed. Common sense should tell these kids and your online service that when someone pays to have a king and queen bed removed that equals 3 box springs. When you are moving and have deadlines to be out it’s difficult to remember everything. Change your algorithm to automatically put in 2 Springs for a king size bed.”

“My "poor" rating is based on my experience with Mattress Disposal's pick up scheduling. No one showed up to the first 4 hour window I requested and when I called I was told initially that their driver was very delayed. I got a call an hour later saying that due to a personal emergency the driver wouldn't be able to make it all. Understandable, things happen. However, I requested a new pick up date, was told that they would have to call me back to confirm after they'd spoken to their dispatch team. I never heard back, and when I called to confirm I was given a new, entirely different, pick up time and date. Ultimately, third time was a charm and their drivers showed up, communicated their arrival time very well, and were very polite. So all in all, it could have been a better experience without the scheduling hiccups.”
