Hey! Sorry to hear about this, this could be due to the items being slim fit - We recommend going a size up if the item is a slim fit if you want it for fit more comfortably :)

“The black shirts I purchased are relatively the same size. I ordered a large first it was a bit small around the arms. I subsequently purchased an XXL and it basically fits identical. I can’t return them for an XXXL because the price to return them is 179.00 which doesn’t make much sense. I cannot place orders with you guys going forward because if I have issue the price to return/exchange is much too costly. I love your product quality and looked forward to purchasing more, however, I can’t just throw my money down the drain with products that are not exchangeable.”

“I was not aware that I had to pay taxes and duties to Canada did not say anything about it on your website do you have to pay the same for united states as I have a home there and can ship to it if there are none”

Hey, sorry to hear about this, we make people aware here: https://mauvais.co.uk/apps/help-center#!hc-international-custom-and-import-fees Customs to the US is different so if you want to avoid those fees, you can get your stuff imported to there.

“Loved the style but the quality wasn't that great. The fabric was what I didn't expect for the price. The fabric was on the thin side which made it a bit transparent. Definitely would need to wear an undergarment.”

“Hi Mauvais! The Khaki and Taupe Cargo jackets were ok but their pants weren't. The look and feel was very different to what the models wore in the advert. So, yeah, I did feel let down by that. I immediately got in touch with Mauvais and received the email response below: No one called me or emailed me as promised. Plus, I still have the pants (all in their original packaging) which I would like to return for a refund. Mauvais via helpscout.net Fri, 30 Jul, 13:42 to me WE HAVE YOUR EMAIL! Thank you for contacting MAUVAIS Customer Service Team. This is a quick email to let you know that we have received your query and you will be contacted by a member of our team within 48 hours. We are currently dealing with a higher number of emails than usual, however we are working as hard as we can to get back to you as fast as possible. If you need to make an exchange/return, we have extended our returns period to 35 days. We ask customers to allow 14 working days for us to process any exchanges/refunds. Thanks Ola T”
