Very disorganized and once you place the order online no one knows where the delivery is, but you would receive calls from drivers who don't even speak properly and they don't pay attention to the location that is clearly mentioned. βI had ordered multiple products. A part of my order was supposed to be delivered with 6 items, but I have recieved only 3...When I complained to customer care, for 4 days I received call from 4 different persons asking about my issue and today suddenly received the message that they have sent all the products and no mistake from their side... βI had ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt from Max Fashion, but I received only 1 pant. The application shows that it has been delivered. When I called customer care, they raised a ticket and said I would receive a reply via email in 2-3 working days. Today, I received an email stating that all items were packed in one bag from the warehouse. Now, I'm not sure what to do because the company hasn't actually delivered the products, and they are claiming that the delivery has been made, even though there was only 1 pant in the package.
I don't know what to do now, and I'm afraid that I might not receive the product or a refund.β
βI put up my return request on Sep 18 and I was informed that it will be picked up by 22nd Sep, 2023. Almost two weeks have passed and there is no update on the same. My wife Aparajita Banerjee has complained multiple times, both on phone and mail, but in vain.
I am going to put a pathetic review of my disappointing experience for your online misadventure both on your site, on Google, on Facebook and whichever platform possible because when you don't have any sense of responsibility, it is my duty to remind you the same. If I would have had enough time to chase my return pick up, then I could have purchased offline from your store only! Complete wastage of time.β

Recently ordered Plain Zip Through Hoodie and pant but pant is missing , when we requested for pant customer care said we will pickup the items and refund us , this is not fair, we are purchasing online because of offer and selected items which we wanted.
what is the use of refund ? we need missing items not refund .β

point 1: we have purchased for 6000 rupees online, 50 % material sizes are not matching and while check at store Lulu mall Trivandrum the same size M & L are matching. why this confusion between online & offline we don't know.
Point 2: so refunded without any way and taken 15 days but the money comes on max credit balance. again we visited the store but guys are saying we cannot use the online credit balance again rubbish business- also they are using the money on their system for offline purchase post huge discussion with them -though the material are not given on hand. they are sending by courier by door delivery!- here i feel they are creating some business by us i guess. while I am ready to take the material with me what is the need to send by door delivery- I felt very sad because of this kind of rubbish process- overall its like govt process without sense max people are working and wasting valuable time of potential customers.β

βMichael was my salesperson. He took measurements and we agreed on a price. The suite was delivered late and the sizes were completely wrong. Absolutely nothing fit properly. I emailed them, sent a message on WhatsApp and of course no response. No phone number for complaints.
