order delivery are delaying without any information or confirmation.
When we contact them, they also making us fool by saying that you will get it in 2-3 days. Many 2-3 days are gone and still i didn’t get my order.
I also done the payment. Now I’m afraid of getting back my money as the below comments says that their refund also not proper.”
“Bad experience by max. Offers are the looting traps of max. Items bought in offer like buy one get one. Or use coupons to redeem money. They won't refund the total amount we pay. They will take a pretty good amount from us and we can't do anything further as refund amount already come to our account.”

“Terrible experience in your Sahara Max store. The Philippine national in the counter was so rude when I asked him to accept cash and release me when I noticed that he keeps me waiting for more than 15 minutes. He was busy playing with 2 ladies mobile phone and even those ladies realized it’s too much to bear for any customer. They moved aside and his supervisor came in to to help me but this guy was too adamant that he should make me wait. I threw the clothes on to the desk and left. I must have spent at least 1 hour to chose what I wanted and waisted a good evening, on top of the embarrassment that I had today. This happened today around 7 pm. Pls check the camera if u have one in the store.”

“Be careful when you buy the cloths online.. especially cash on delivary.. the delivary persons will erase the amount and take more money.. it happened with me where my mom had to recived my stuff and pay for it.. the delivery person took more money by cheating her. I would request others to not buy anything online from Max Fashion, cos incase you get a wrong item, you won't be able to return it. Please try other websites which are more professional in this aspect.”
