“I had ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt from Max Fashion, but I received only 1 pant. The application shows that it has been delivered. When I called customer care, they raised a ticket and said I would receive a reply via email in 2-3 working days. Today, I received an email stating that all items were packed in one bag from the warehouse. Now, I'm not sure what to do because the company hasn't actually delivered the products, and they are claiming that the delivery has been made, even though there was only 1 pant in the package.
