“They all lies, and don’t deliver on what was promised. They was being very nice until the point the collected all their money. Then all of sudden they turn out super rude, once the finishing collecting their money.”

“I can't believe I just got dealt a very bad hand with this group. I was told I was gonna have my debt relief from this program. I had a merchant loan from Caymus Funding in which I was paying 2200.00 a week to. MCA said they can help me cut that in half. As per their advice I was told not to contact Caymus any lo get and that they were gonna take care of it. I was also advised to send any documentation to them also to let them know if Caymus calls. I followed everything that was told to me. Now apparently fees occurred with Caymus and MCA is now saying I need to give them more money after I already paid them everything they asked for in order to stop Caymus with the lawsuit. They are gonna put a judgment on me. I felt I just got the short end of the stick which MCA took advantage of. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone I know. Very very unsatisfied”
“They overcharged me a little over $45,000. After taking their 35% of the money they knocked off the original amounts I owed they still owe me back close to $30,000. It has been almost 60days since all my debts were paid off and I have requested my refund 4 times (twice by phone and twice by email). My reimbursement was showing on my dashboard on their site as an overpayment by me until I started requesting they pay me. Now they changed the information on my dashboard. They are not responding back anymore either. Going to get attorneys involved. I will update this review to show the result I get from them.”
“This company deceives you even at the moment of signing the contract with you. They will tell you that you are in good hands and you do not need to worry about anything, they will do everything themselves and will not take anything from you. but in fact they will take your money and will not help you! they promise you that you will not pay more money than you owe to the creditor, but in fact your debt will increase by 40% and will do it silently, without explaining to you why. if you have difficulty following their payment schedule, they will simply stop talking to you. just keep your money for themselves. THIS IS A FRAUD !!!! ALL THEY DID IT TAKE MONEY FROM ME AND REFUSED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEMS !!!!! BYPASS THEM SIDE !!!!!”
“Not only did they not solve our issues with creditors, they take forever to provide any kind of refund. They also take half of what you paid if you request for a refund for legal fees. To make things worst, they do not even contact you. Very unprofessional and really disappointed. I am in a bigger hole than I was before.”
“I referred a few clients to them. We have found that their initial claims of having good working relationships with MCA companies to be puffery. In one case, two of three MCA companies that they claimed good relationships with would not work with them. Despite repeated calls from their clients, their follow through was poor, no return phone calls, no agreements with the MCA companies despite their continuing to collect fees to settle those debts. There are some good companies out there, but I do not believe MCA debt advisors to be one of them. I will say in their favor that they are professional, albeit completely exaggerating their abilities/competence to complete their deals.”
